These kids are forced to learn the lessons of begging because their poor parents can’t feed them and run their family on their own earnings. Are we still saying that India shining?

Child welfare officials are investigating the case of a baby who was reportedly rented out to beggars in the southern Indian city of Bangalore.
A state child protection panel says it will file a police complaint once it gets more information from the parents.
The nanny reportedly told the parents she would "rent" the baby for 100 rupees ($2) a day to beggars who attract more sympathy with an infant.
She was found out when the mother came home early to find her child missing
The parents of the seven-month-old child are reportedly reluctant to press charges.
It's an unfortunate state this world, with the positions it constantly forces people into all over the world every day.

It's being claimed that some 'beggars' we see on the streets are actually office workers who are topping up their incomes with as much as £200 a night in tax-free donations.
One office worker with a 9 to 5 job said she she dressed in rags in the evenings and took to the streets to help pay for a new kitchen in her flat.
