The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that Congress’ apology for overthrowing the Hawaiian monarchy in 1893 bears no moral, political or legal weight in stopping the State of Hawaii from selling 1.2 million acres of land seized during the illegal regime change before resolving land claims by Native Hawaiians.
The ruling was issued March 31, six weeks after the high court heard arguments in State of Hawaii v. Office of Hawaiian Affairs.
The state petitioned the case in the U.S. Supreme Court last year after the Hawaii Supreme Court issued an injunction prohibiting the state from selling or transferring “ceded lands” held in trust until Native Hawaiians’ claims to the land have been resolved.
The Hawaiian court based its decision on the Apology Resolution, passed by Congress in 1993 on the 100th anniversary of the destruction of the Hawaiian Nation. The Governor of Hawai’i Linda Lingle is declaring war against the Hawaiians by invoking her powers to overturn a prior settlement against the Illegal Actions against the Hawaiian people by Congress to give all rights of the Hawaiians Land to the Illegal State of Hawai’i, to sell, trade, and to do as they feel the best interest of themselves. The State of Hawai’i, including the Lingle Administration that abuse the powers that were granted to her. The State of Hawai’i, and administrations have not been managing the funds from ceded land properly. Hawaiian Students and the people of Hawai’i, have one of the lowest educational scores across the board, PUBLIC schooling provided by the State of Hawai’i, who is mandated to address Education, Health, Benefits of Native Hawaiians and other benefits from Ceded Funds, WHAT THE FUCK LINGLE/AIONA what more do you want? I hope this opens the eyes of more lawmakers and world leaders about the illegal occupation and actions against the Kingdom of Hawaii, and its' people. Hawaiians are living on beaches, and are not educated because of the Agression from the United States, many Hawaiians are incarcerated, and many leave the islands because it is to hard to live here. Here is an apology bill from the Clinton Administration that declares the illegal activities against the Hawaiian Kingdom and the injustices that the United States of America has done to its’ people and its’ future as an Sovereignty as an Independent Nation. American continues its’ efforts in occupying countries without the consent of the people or governments. Pakistan, Syria, Iraq, Afghanistan have been the most recent Nations affected by the American Armed Forces, whom have made it clear that they no longer need or want the assistance of this corrupt system because of the actions that the U.S. government assimilates and causes injustices to native peoples of these countries.
