While some have forgotten about the horrific oil spill, Director, Nick Trivundza, has been quickly and tenaciously making sure the American people continue to keep it on the forefront of their minds by addressing its implications with his controversial upcoming film, One Shot.
One Shot is set after a massive and destructive oil spill has just taken place in the Gulf of Mexico. Soon after, the extremist, Jim Jones, kidnaps the CEO responsible and forces him to give a news reporter an honest interview before assassinating him on camera.
“Heavy stuff I know, but there are reasons for this,” Trivundza discusses.
“The story itself is doing something that many of us in our anger at seeing the devastated beaches, birds covered in oil, wiped out marine life and finding out that another species has gone extinct at the never-ending hand of human economy, wish we could do. We want to make a statement that says, “you cannot destroy our only world any longer in the name of money.” We have to set a standard and allow our world to survive, if not for ourselves, than for our children.”
Trivundza goes into further explain, “We opted to tell the story from one camera. It works for the story and the world we live in today. There’s this relentless onslaught of news for the CNN generation, and we wanted the film to look similar. The footage would have all the dirty, shake, and rumble that those revolutionary camera shots we see pouring in from camera phones and hand held camcorders around the world do. It would glitch and distort, and most importantly feel dangerous. It’s the gritty nature that makes the story that much more believable. It’s not James Bond, it’s something else. And it’s this grit that allows the main character of Jim Jones’ murderous plea to the camera before horror sets in, to feel heartfelt.
With that said, we also wanted it to look cool. I’ll admit that some of my favorite films, simply look cool and we wanted One Shot to feel the same. The feeling was that instead of trying to hide our limited resources, we would celebrate them. We would embrace the fact that we only had one camera. We would embrace the fact the movie was shot entirely in one take - admittedly we got it in the second take on behalf of the camera man falling over during the first one, and I’ll even admit that I was that camera man. What we would also celebrate was that we were working with some of the most talented actors I have ever seen. That’s why every time we release another piece of the film, they are at the forefront of what we show off. They are the center stage, in every poster, thumbnail, and glitch."
One Shot and eco-terrorist Jim Jones, are en route to film festivals beginning this spring and are offering a green koolaid that is hard to resist.

In this remarkable video from Serbia (English transcript is below), Nikola Aleksic, Director of the Ecological Movement of Novi Sad, issues a stern warning to the president Boris Tadic to stop importing food based upon GMO and stop the chemtrail spraying, or he will call and personally lead the people of Serbia to the streets. He concludes his speech by saying: “You can be sure that, I, Nikola Aleksic, will keep my word – even at the cost of my own life.” http://aircrap.org/serbia-nikola-aleksic-president-tadi-stop-gmo-stop-chemtrails-will-call-people-serbia-streets/332079/In this remarkable video from Serbia (English transcript is below), Nikola Aleksic,... more

Some years ago in New England, a group of environmentalists asked a corporate executive how his company (a paper mill) could justify dumping its raw industrial effluent into a nearby river. The river—which had taken Mother Nature centuries to create--was used for drinking water, fishing, boating, and swimming. In just a few years, the paper mill had turned it into a highly toxic open sewer.
The executive shrugged and said that river dumping was the most cost-effective way of removing the mill’s wastes If the company had to absorb the additional expense of having to clean up after itself, it might not be able to maintain its competitive edge and would then have to go out of business or move to a cheaper labor market, resulting in a loss of jobs for the local economy. http://www.commondreams.org/view/2011/02/27-2Some years ago in New England, a group of environmentalists asked a corporate... more

To fully appreciate the real meaning of “Zombie Apocalypse,” we need to process this information within the context of CDC primary objectives. Consider the following list of pertinent objectives aggressively pursued by the CDC today: 1) to manage public behavior toward vaccine compliance; 2) to exaggerate normal childhood diseases as largely deadly or with precipitating harmful life-long consequences; 3) to promote flawed or bogus research studies and statistics to legitimize actions for imposing vaccinations and vaccine mandates; 4) to feed the public misinformation and media hype to induce a sense of urgency or panic to surge vaccine demand; 5) to establish a derogatory language or icon (such as zombies) that can be identified with those who refuse vaccinations and oppose vaccine mandates; and 6) to convince you to relinquish your mind, body and will to the recommendations and demands of these health officials who claim to know best how to protect you in a zombie emergency. http://www.newswithviews.com/L%27Hommedieu/stephen102.htmTo fully appreciate the real meaning of “Zombie Apocalypse,” we need to... more

The sociopaths running the government-corporate-media-complex are simply ignoring the plight of an entire region of our country. To those who lack basic human empathy and falsely believe that this series is not news, but rather history, should consider that there is good evidence that the holocaust in the Gulf is just beginning and is now moving up the food chain and has already made its way into your local supermarket. And if you think you can dodge the obvious danger by merely avoiding the Gulf seafood, think again, as this catastrophe is permeating the full spectrum of our food supply. The threat to both the region’s and the nation’s food supply is the focus for the next installment of The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust. http://farmwars.info/?p=6507&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+FarmWars+%28Farm+Wars%29The sociopaths running the government-corporate-media-complex are simply ignoring the... more

The regulations for GMOs contain no teeth and are just there for show – to fool the public into thinking there is real oversight when in actuality, there isn’t. The USDA is a rogue agency of the Federal government that has proven time and time again that its only purpose is to provide a distraction for the American public so that corporate interests are able to completely take over our food supply with little to no interference from the people they are injuring. http://farmwars.info/?p=6444The regulations for GMOs contain no teeth and are just there for show – to fool... more

In the aftermath of BP’s oil spill, the oil giant promised the financially damaged residents of the Gulf Coast, that BP would make the victims “whole.” BP has made extraordinary promises related to restitution in which they have repeatedly stated that they would not leave the Gulf “until the job is done” [1]. As we saw in the first part of this series, The Great Gulf Coast Holocaust [2], BP is excellent at compensating a miniscule number of victims and then BP parades these same people out in the eye of the public while pretending as if this microscopic number of fully compensated victims are the norm when it comes to BP restitution (3, 4, 5). Nothing could be further from the truth. http://farmwars.info/?p=6388&utm_source=feedburner&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=Feed%3A+FarmWars+%28Farm+Wars%29&utm_content=Google+ReaderIn the aftermath of BP’s oil spill, the oil giant promised the financially... more

When we have more than 45 million people living below the poverty line in the U.S. and public services are being cut drastically, should the federal government be handing out $6 billion to build a new plutonium facility whose primary beneficiary would be Bechtel? Multiple videos have been released showing high levels of radiation in Canada as the corporate media continues to cover up the real dangers posed by the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
The tests were taken in multiple places in Canada including Lake Louise BC, Kelowna BC, Red Deer/Edmonton, and Hope BC.
The radiation tests that were taken near Lake Louise BC clearly showed harmful radiation levels up to 1.66 mcSv/hr .
So far Canadian and American authorities have remained silent. We must DEMAND action from local health authorities. If these levels of radiation are being picked up in Canada it seems only a matter of time before they reach the west coast of the United States.
This should be a RED ALERT to all Americans and Canadians! http://theintelhub.com/2011/07/19/dangerous-levels-of-radiation-recorded-in-canada-as-fukushima-radiation-dangers-continue/Multiple videos have been released showing high levels of radiation in Canada as the... more

Skimming the Agricultural Development section of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation web site is a feel-good experience: African farmers smile in a bright slide show of images amid descriptions of the foundation's fight against poverty and hunger. But biosafety activists in South Africa are calling a program funded by the Gates Foundation a "Trojan horse" to open the door for private agribusiness and genetically engineered (GE) seeds, including a drought-resistant corn that Monsanto hopes to have approved in the United States and abroad. http://www.truth-out.org/second-green-revolutionaries-gates-foundation-and-monsanto-push-ge-crops-africa/1310411034Skimming the Agricultural Development section of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation... more

While the global elite construct underground bunkers, eat organic and hoard seeds in Arctic vaults; the global poor are being slowly starved thanks to high commodity prices and poisoned with genetically modified (GMO) food. Austerity measures aimed largely at the poor are being imposed on all the nations of the world. Weather events grow more deadly and brushfire wars more frequent. An AK-47 can be obtained for $49 in the markets of West Africa. The recent class-action lawsuit brought against Taco Bell raised questions about the quality of food many Americans eat each day. Chief among those concerns is the use of cellulose (wood pulp), an extender whose use in a roster of food products, from crackers and ice creams to puddings and baked goods, is now being exposed. What you’re actually paying for – and consuming – may be surprising. http://www.thestreet.com/story/11012915/1/cellulose-wood-pulp-never-tasted-so-good.htmlThe recent class-action lawsuit brought against Taco Bell raised questions about the... more
