WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama is asking Congress to raise taxes on the wealthy and cut Medicare costs to provide health care for the uninsured while making the just-enacted $400 tax cut for most workers permanent. In his first budget blueprint, Obama proposes setting aside $634 billion over the next decade to expand government subsidized health coverage — a little more than half the money needed to ensure that every American gets medical care.
Obama is also expected to ask Congress for an additional $75 billion to cover the costs of wars in Iraq and Afghanistan through September.
The disclosures came from three administration officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because the budget won't be made public until Thursday.
Obama's budget proposal would effectively raise income taxes and curb tax deductions on couples making more than $250,000 a year, beginning in 2011. By not extending former President George W. Bush's tax cuts for such wealthier filers, Obama would allow the marginal rate on household incomes above $250,000 to rise from 35 percent to 39.6 percent, said an administration official.
The plan also contains a contentious proposal to raise hundreds of billions of dollars by auctioning off permits to exceed carbon emissions caps Obama wants to impose on users of fossil fuels to address global warming. Some of the revenues from the pollution permits would be used to extend the "Making Work Pay" tax credit of $400 for individuals and $800 for couples beyond 2010 as provided in the just-passed economic stimulus bill.WASHINGTON – President Barack Obama is asking Congress to raise taxes on the wealthy... more

Sirens in the back ground,
Sounds of discovery fill the air.
The taste of rain is on the tip of my tongue.
Water has never felt so good.
The rush of the city life never sleeps
Around my neighborhood. Street Lights
Dance off the pavement.
Never have I seen a rainbow in space,
Until I hit a oil slick on the ground.
Becoming one again with the asphalt.
Shadows casing chasing vipers
On my hands. Whispering voices
Are echoes of dreams I never had.
But I truly want to.
Whos using me for the way my size
Brakes up a crowd. Im loud an I bring to
Justice my visions of disrespect.
In the Inner city they say theyve
Started reconstruction.
To push those niggaz bottoms, Cause a Black
Man aint nothing but a throw away pistol.
Youll use him when things get hot
On The block.
Someone is trying to break in your shop.
Hey little lady If things seem shady 9 months 2 babies.
Smelling danger in the air I got cha Back.
When you feel alone at home an things go bump
In the night. Oh.. There is a spider
Ill say must I grab this fools attentionBack up!
The tools out the cut.
Left cold by every body,
When I bring the heat to their way of thinking.
Liberation of your mind. Like Malcolm,
Who shot him by any means?
I make nessarary to bring to the table
Correction of what you think of me.
Black willing and able, once made fool of
For my strong features.
In the Inner city they say theyve
Started reconstruction. To push
Those niggaz bottoms, Cause a Black
Man aint nothing but a throw away pistol. Throw Away

The B-boys hail from the Bronx, New York.
Their best known record is "Rock The House" which has been sampled on just about every early cut and paste jam.
"2 3 break" and "Cuttin Herbie" were two equally good scratch instrumentals displaying the turntable finesse of Chuck Chillout. "2 3 break" was one of the first records to cut up the well known "Rocket in the pocket" break by Cerrone.
All of these tracks were released on Vintertainment records in 1983.
1985 saw their return with "Stick Up Kid" and "Girls" and "Girls Part 2".
Chuck Chillout worked with Run DMC on the "King of Rock" LP primarily on the cut "Daryll & Joe".
Chuck Chillout went on to host a NY rap show on WBLS. In the mid 80's he putt out a solo record on Vintertainment called "Hip Hop On Wax Part 1". This release was part of a three part series. Part 2 was by Kool DJ Red Alert and Part 3 was by DJ Born Supreme Allah (who also made "2,3 Break Pt 2" in 1985).
Chuck also put out an album in 1989 called "The Masters of Rhythm" with Kool Chip on Mercury Records which featured "Rhythm is the Master", "No DJ Like Chuck" and "I'm Large". he is also credited with mixing Public Enemy's "Night of the Living Baseheads". He was also known as DJ Steel of Steel Productions.

Golden age hip hop:
Run-D.M.C.'s Raising Hell (1986), one of the most important releases from the golden age of hip hop.
The golden age of hip hop, derivative of old school hip hop, began with the popularity of Run-DMC's album Raising Hell in 1986 and ended with the popularity of G-Funk around 1993 [1].
It was characterized by ubiquitous soul, jazz and funk samples (à la James Brown and Curtis Mayfield) and Afrocentric lyrics [citation needed]. The golden age was based in New York City, and it was there that it gave rise to the careers of many of the most beloved rappers in hip-hop history.
The Juice Crew All-Stars, Rakim, KRS-ONE, and Chuck D are all thought to have played significant roles in advancing the artform of rap, upping the ante in terms of meaningful subject matter, witty wordplay, and effective verbal delivery.
Additionally, groups such as De La Soul, A Tribe Called Quest, Black Sheep, and Leaders of the New School produced thoughtful recordings expressing conscientious understanding of the world around them, leading to the genre of conscious hip hop.

History of beatboxing
The technique and the art of replicating percussion sounds with one's voice is thought to be conceived in China, during the Qing dynasty. This specific art is not related to modern western beatboxing. This kind of sound-simulating techinique is called Kouji,(literally Skill of Mouth).
Beatboxing is currently experiencing a second wind, thanks in part to the likes of artists like Rahzel and Kenny Muhammad, that has carried the artform across the world. In 2002, the documentary Breath Control: The History of the Human Beatbox premiered. It is a history of the art form that includes interviews with Doug E. Fresh, Emanon, Biz Markie, Marie Daulne of Zap Mama, and others. The same year even saw the emergence of a beatbox clothing label, mic(ism)® - sported and supported by beatboxers worldwide®.
