The Offspring members Dexter Holland and Noodles were interviewed on the Los Angeles radio station KROQ prior to their December 13, 2008 performance at the annual KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas at the Gibson Amphitheatre in L.A.
In the interview, The Offspring members discuss their recent activities, the making of their latest album "Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace", and Dexter Holland's Gringo Bandito hot sauce.
Asked about their future, Noodles mentioned that the band would be taking a break from touring before they they get back on the road in the U.S. this year.
"Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace" came out last year and is their first album of new material in five years, since 2003's "Splinter".
The album sold very well due to the success of its latest single "You're Gonna Go Far, Kid", which spent 11 weeks at the top of the Billboard Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart, proving the song to be one of the most successful singles the band has released in their twenty-four-year career.The Offspring members Dexter Holland and Noodles were interviewed on the Los Angeles... more
