From the article:
"Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu will use a visit to Washington this week to press the U.S. to release advanced weapons needed for a possible strike on Iran's nuclear sites, the Sunday Times reported.
Ahead of his departure Sunday night, Netanyahu bowed to U.S. demands and promised the administration of U.S President Barack Obama that Israel will make several goodwill gestures toward the Palestinians.
For the first time since Operation Cast Lead, Israel has agreed to ease the blockade on the Gaza Strip. Netanyahu has also agreed to discuss all core issues during the proximity talks, with the condition of reaching final conclusions only in direct talks with the PA.
But according to the London weekly, Netanyahu will also seek returns for the concessions, asking Israel's closest ally to provide the IAF with sophisticated 'bunker-buster' bombs needed to break through to Iran's nuclear enrichment installations, many of which are buried underground."

My own personal views about this story is that Netanyahu is a maniac who is pushing for war with Iran instead of thinking of the welfare of his people and the humane treatment of the Palestinians. I also believe that any attack on Iran would ultimately harm Israel in the long run and possibly usher in "World War 3". America should tread carefully when it comes to this issue, but what will probably happen is that we follow "Nutty-yahoo" into an all out war.
Nothing good will come from this. From the article:

DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden warned the American people over their government's close ties with Israel in an apparently new audio tape posted on an Islamist website on Monday.
"The time has come for you to liberate yourselves from fear and the ideological terrorism of neo-conservatives and the Israeli lobby," Bin Laden's latest tape said.
"The reason for our dispute with you is your support for your ally Israel, occupying our land in Palestine."
The message, entitled "A statement to the American people," was around 11 minutes long and was posted a few days after the eighth anniversary of the Sept 11, 2001 attacks.
Reuters was not immediately able to verify its authenticity but the website often is used by supporters of al Qaeda.
In the tape, the al Qaeda leader said there had been no real change in American policy because U.S. President Barack Obama had retained people like U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates from the administration of former President George W. Bush.
"If you think about your situation well, you will know that the White House is occupied by pressure groups," Bin Laden said.
"Rather than fighting to liberate Iraq -- as Bush claimed -- it (the White House) should have been liberated."
The website had said earlier this month it would soon carry a "present" to Muslims from bin Laden on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.
The leader of the group that mounted the September 11 attacks in the United States is thought to be in hiding in the mountainous terrain along the Afghan-Pakistani border.

Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says work still needs to be done to narrow differences before peace talks with Palestinians can resume.
Mr Netanyahu, speaking before heading to Egypt for talks, said he hoped to bridge the gaps as a new push on Middle East peace got under way.
US Middle East envoy George Mitchell is in Israel for talks.
A key stumbling block remains Israel's expansion of Jewish settlements in the West Bank.
But the US still hopes the Palestinians and Israelis can meet on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly later this month.

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday reiterated American call for Israel to halt Jewish settlements in a bid to revive the stalled peace talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
Addressing a press conference, Clinton said that President Barack Obama voiced his opposition to Jewish settlement in the occupied territories when he met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu at the White House on Monday.
"The president was very clear yesterday in his statement that he wants to see a stop to the settlements," Clinton said.
On the U.S.-sponsored two-state solution, namely Jewish and Palestinian nations living side by side, Clinton said that the United States is "committed to a two-state solution ... nothing should be done to undermine the potential resolution of the peace effort that could prevent such a two-state solution from taking hold."

I believe the US is getting a little inpatient with Israel considering the billions of US Taxpayer money every year directly given (no strings attached and no problem NOT repaying) backing up what Israel does and doesn't do. If Israel insists on dragging their feet while stealing another peoples land and committing inhumane actions against innocent people, I would imagine the US taxpayer is going to get more serious about those dollars going to them.
History does reflect that the far right wing governments in the past have actually done something. Lets hope and pray the new hard right PM follows suit.
