A 1979 Volkswagen Golf bought for £50 is now allegedly faster than a Bugatti Veyron supercar following a £60,000 facelift.
Andy Waite who owns a body shop bought the Volkswagen for £50 pounds, only a snip cheaper than the Buggati Veyron at £950,000.
The Golf has been fitted with a custom built turbocharged engine and goes from 0-60mph in 2.36 seconds, a tenth of a second faster than the Bugatti.
Insane.
