Chicago artists released hundreds of paper mache piñatas stuffed with space blanket made at 3 temporary factories. The factory aims to draw attention to the issue of homelessness and the spaces (in this case highway underpasses) that used to act as shelter before they were fenced off/in.

A panda being anally invaded is just one of the things Conor Knighton talks about in his weekly roundup of the crazy world of 24-hour media madness. This week he also looks at Kathie Lee beating the hell out of a pinata, CG swine flu sneeze graphics, Congress debating the merits of the BCS, Sherri Shepherd on WWE, fighting on 'Wife Swap' and 'Daisy of Love,' and the youngest conservative pundit.
