RFWtv presents the 2009 MOKAN Music Festival by Roving Festival Writer (TheRFW.com). A festival in an inaugural year, MOKAN took place in Urich, MO at the Cedar Hill Amphitheater. Bringing together bands from the surrounding area, MOKAN held stage for Madahoochi, 56 Hope Road, Dirtfoot, Zoogma, Brothers Green and The Station.
In a feature now available at all times via Current.com and TheRFW.com Festival Archives - the 2009 MOKAN Music Festival with highlight performances from 56 Hope Road, Darrell Lea, Robots vs Dinosaurs, The Hundred Hand String Band and Dirtfoot.

RFWtv Presents the 2008 Wakarusa Music Festival by Roving Festival Writer, LLC. Held in Lawrence, KS, Wakarusa brought together artists like The Flaming Lips, CAKE, Ben Folds, STS9 and the Avett Brothers for the first weekend in June.
Due to the onset of weather that would soon bring the flood waters to hit areas like Hannibal, MO and the state of Iowa, many performances were canceled; however, many acts soldiered on and made Wakarusa 2008 one for the memory books.
