Between the inspiring ride and the show at The Crepe Place the gang takes a little time to visit with famed bike builder Craig Calfee. His new startup company, Bamboosero, teaches skilled labor to impoverished communites in Africa, the Phillipines, and New Zealand to build high quality bike frames out of bamboo.
