This is the manifesto of the gunman who has entered a Discovery Channel building in Silver Spring, reportedly with explosives strapped to his body. As you will read, he is a mentally disturbed eugenicist who wishes to see humans sterilized and infants aborted.
After the Drudge Report linked to this manifesto, the original website crashed, but we managed to recover an archived copy. The gunman’s name is being reported as James J. Lee. More on this coming soon.
