The launch of the online streaming service 'ITV Live' to contribute to the world cup, was marred with technical problems during the South Africa vs Mexico match.
An ITV spokesperson said "We had a problem with our CDN (content distribution network) which was preventing new members joining the stream... It was an issue since half time in the game." The game was also streamed on TV and mobile services. ITV also said that they won't be making a formal statement or respond on Twitter.
