"A boy in Ohio has received the swine flu vaccine despite the fact that his mother clearly refused consent for her child to be inoculated, in another example of how health authorities are blatantly disregarding the wishes of parents in the pursuit of a mass vaccination mandate."
"A 7-year-old boy in Montgomery County was given the nasal spray version of the H1N1 vaccine last week despite his father’s objections that his son should be exempted because of underlying health problems."
It does appear that this shot will be forced on us, or our children in many cases.

Finally some good news on the flu vaccine front.
From the New York Times article:
A judge on Friday morning halted enforcement of a New York State directive requiring that all health care workers be vaccinated for the seasonal flu and swine flu.
The temporary restraining order by the judge, Thomas J. McNamara, an acting justice of the State Supreme Court in Albany, comes amid a growing debate about the flu vaccine. On Friday afternoon, the State Department of Health vowed to fight the restraining order, saying that the authorities “have clear legal authority” to require vaccinations, and noted that state courts had upheld mandatory vaccinations of health care workers against rubella and tuberculosis. Justice McNamara scheduled a hearing for Oct. 30 on the three cases before him, involving the flu vaccine. Finally some good news on the flu vaccine front.

JustGetThere | The media is reporting on the governments preparation for a massive vaccination campaign this fall for the hyped up H1N1 hybrid flu virus. Recently Katherine Sebelius, the Health and Human Services Secretary, granted legal immunity for vaccine manufacturers during the stage 6 pandemic declared by the WHO. Even more troubling than the new vaccines or antivirals themselves, is the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) declared by the FDA, which enables the use of expired stockpiles of Tamiflu or Relenza, and non-compliance with label requirements. The EUA authority will also permit the FDA to allow the use of “unapproved or uncleared medical products” during an established emergency.
The new stock of vaccines the governments purchased, has been fast tracked for approval by the FDA. Health officials admit that the clinical tests are about dosage amounts, and not safety. So the new vaccines being approved for the fall campaign, have the potential to cause severe harm or death, due to the lack of safety tests.
The AP reported-----
~~~
The clinical trials are mainly aimed at calibrating the doses to give to patients, not to test if it is safe or not, officials stressed.
"We are not trying to find some yet unrecognized problem with the vaccine," said Michael Osterholm, director of the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota
~~~
This is an appalling statement considering the 1976 mass vaccination campaign for swine flu, that injured hundreds of thousands and resulted in dozens of deaths from Guillain-Barré Syndrome. It is also a very cryptic statement, unrecognized problems, meaning that they will not explore how the body will react to new vaccines with unapproved adjuvants like Squalene.
The WHO even admitted (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/article-23724398-details/Vaccine+for+swine+flu+may+be+unsafe+warns+WHO/article.do) the swine flu vaccine being fast tracked in the EU may be unsafe because it allows firms to bypass large-scale human trials.
So with reduced safety testing, would you trust a vaccine manufacturer whose contaminated vaccine could have potentially caused a pandemic?JustGetThere | The media is reporting on the governments preparation for a massive... more

On April 28, 2009, this writer asked:
“Are globalist fear-mongers driving the media to panic the public into universal health care solutions? Or federally-mandated vaccinations?” (See Pandemic Nonsense: Flying Pig Flu)
In the three months since, not one government official or mainline journalist has asked any tough questions. Instead, they have continued their paranoid stampede to a) make the outbreak a world catastrophe and b) prepare to force immunization vaccine shots on hundreds of millions of unsuspecting people.
This is a formula for health disaster, but when it comes to the bottom line profit of Big Pharma, who stand to gain billions from vaccine sales, a few casualties are acceptable as long as the greater good is being served.
This is the same fuzzy logic popularized by the TV series 24: Accidentally snuffing a few innocents is acceptable if it leads to the saving of thousands more lives. Of course, the latter is only a possibility and no other options are offered. Somehow, star Jack Bauer always comes through to save the day, but the viewer is left agitated and frustrated.
Worldwide, there have been only 311 deaths directly attributed to Swine Flu, and in many of those cases, there were other circumstances that created complications. The global total of 70,893 reported and confirmed cases is itself suspect, because it’s difficult to tell one virus from another.
The scene is being set up.
Associated Press reported on July 17 that Secretary of Health and Human Services Kathleen Sibelius recently signed an order granting legal immunity to vaccine makers who might be sued over “unintended consequences” that arise from their vaccines.
A top government scientific adviser in England is also a paid member (£116,000) of the board of directors of GlaxoSmithKline. Professor Sir Roy Anderson was one of the first “scientists” who cried “Pandemic!” in April. Since then, he has been working TV and radio to tout the effectiveness of anti-virals to fight Swine Flu (but not disclosing his financial arrangement with GSK, of course.)
Baxter Labs, a major vaccine maker, fortuitously filed a patent for their H1N1 vaccine (see page 4 of application) on August 28, 2008. That’s right, 2008, months before the first known outbreak!
Big Pharma lobbyists have been busy working up support in governments around the world to implement mandatory government vaccination programs to stop the pandemic. In France for instance, it was recently leaked that President Sarkozy had launched a secret plan to set up mandatory vaccination for all residents of France.
In the U.S., Sibelius has already urged school superintendents around the country to spend the summer preparing for a massive Swine Flu vaccination program this fall. For the first time in history, the Feds are recommending three vaccine shots that will include two extra ones for Swine Flu.
Then, there is the mystery of the virus itself. My friend, Dr. Russell Blaylock, who contributed to my original article in The August Review, writes
“This virus continues to be an enigma for virologists. In the April 30, 2009 issue of Nature, a virologist was quoted as saying,‘Where the hell it got all these genes from we don’t know.’ Extensive analysis of the virus found that it contained the original 1918 H1N1 flu virus, the avian flu virus (bird flu), and two new H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia. Debate continues over the possibility that swine flu is a genetically engineered virus.” (see Vaccine May Be More Dangerous Than Swine Flu)
If this was an episode of 24, what would Jack Bauer do next?
(Hint: don’t take the vaccine.)

A few years ago I entered into a discussion with a close friend regarding vaccination. This person stated that their child was not up to date with state recommended vaccinations and was debating internally whether or not she felt they were necessary. Without being asked my opinion, my reaction was quite strong in favor of vaccination and I made common claims that vaccinations were for the ‘common social good’ and that we all had to ‘do our part for society.’ Days later I thought back on the encounter and was surprised at how undiplomatically I pursued this argument. I had never researched vaccines, the potential health benefits or risks, or sought information from a variety of sources as one would commonly do before making an argument on any important subject. Regardless of our differing opinions I was only able to bring to the discussion force to try to convince her of my opinion – I offered no information, cited no facts or statistics in my debate – the apparent ‘will of the people’ which my ignorance represented was argument enough. Was this enough to base a decision on concerning the health and well-being of a child?
In 2006 I found out that I was going to be a father. A close friend of mine suggested I do some research on vaccines and sent me information from a variety of sources. At the time I was sure vaccination was the route to go, despite the fact I still had no solid information, facts or research to base my opinion on – only the widely accepted idea that vaccines were responsible for ridding western society from small pox, polio as well as many other diseases and that any child without his shots was a threat to the health of all of us and furthermore that the parent was being irresponsible. These ideas were backed up by the media and rest of society. But I became utterly consumed with the topic, buying many books, watching documentaries, listening to lectures, looking at University studies and reading articles from many countries. It is safe to say I spent hundreds of hours on the subject looking at information from a vast array of sources – pro & con vaccine.
Needless to say when I really dove into the subject, I was alarmed at the amount of conventional medical history and government statistics that showed both the ineffectiveness and oftentimes outright harm that vaccinations could cause. As a member of society that deemed all children without shots as somehow a threat to its well being, and would bar them from the school yard as well as brand any parent who did not agree with them a heretic, I’d never been offered contrary information about the effectiveness of shots by primary education or the media who advocate them. What about the other side? Did I not deserve the best information with which to make an informed decision by?
In my basic understanding from school or mainstream media such as TV, I’d been taught about the miracle findings of Jonas Salk & Albert Sabin with their polio ‘cures’ – but had I been taught about SV-40? No. SV-40 is the 40th simian virus which was discovered in the monkey kidneys used to manufacture the polio vaccine (yes most vaccines are from monkey, chicken or bovine organs or tissue). For a period of years and debatably decades until the 1990’s, polio vaccines were administered by law (and thereby force) that at the time unknowingly contained SV-40 to millions of people. SV-40 undoubtedly causes cancer in many animals, and many controversial studies have shown it does the same in humans. Was I given this information? No. Was I taught about contraindications? No. Contraindications are health concerns such as family history of autoimmune or neurological disorders, allergies that conflict with vaccines and can cause minor or major reactions. With a family history of severe autoimmune disorders and an undiagnosed neurological episode of my own as a teenager this information could be critical to me.

Among the countless horrors our Dear Leader wants to visit upon us with his health care “reform” bill is this: ”grants to states to improve immunization coverage of children, adolescents, and adults through the use of evidence-based interventions. States may use funds to implement interventions that are recommended by the Community Preventive Services Task Force, such as reminders or recalls for patients or providers, or home visits.”
“The bill lists eight specific ways that states may use federal grant money to carry out immunization-promoting ‘interventions.’ Method ‘E’ calls for ‘home visits’ which can include ‘provision of immunizations.’”
In other words, whether you want your kids (or yourself) to receive certain vaccines, the state can forcibly administer them in your home.

The London Times newspaper has apparently censored scores of comments on its own website that expressed vehement opposition to plans by the UK government to implement a mandatory vaccination program for swine flu.
As we reported on Sunday, respondents to a London Times article concerning the fact that the vaccine will be rushed through safety procedures in just five days, increasing the chances of it causing deaths and injuries in the thousands, as happened with the 1977 mass vaccination program in the U.S. which killed more people than the actual swine flu virus, overwhelmingly indicated that they would refuse to take the shot.
At one point, out of the first 50 comments on the article, over 40 expressed opposition to taking the shot and the other handful were merely asking questions about it. Hardly any comments expressed support for the nationwide rollout of the swine flu vaccine.
The overwhelming majority of comments were in the context of the following sample.
“Nobody’s coming anywhere near me or my family with their experimental mass vaccine/poison programme,” wrote one. “We will take our chances of catching their manufactured bird/pig/human virus, that was accidentally on purpose! released onto an unsuspecting public in the first place!”
“Anybody who reads this obviously still has the ability to reason and be guided by their own survival instinct and thus should listen to it. The mass fear mongering is a worldwide, co-ordinated and open conspiracy with massive geo political underpinnings. Don’t be fooled, eat properly and exercise,” adds another.
“A vaccine that is – effectively – being tested on the population, the prime reasons for such being the economy and easing pressure on the NHS? I’ll be another one who passes,” comments another.
“Thanks but no thanks. Rushed through tests in 5 days? What about long term effects? Vioxx and Thalidomide had long testing. How safe did they turn out to be? The side effects of Statins that they want everyone to take are worrying. I’ll take my chances with cholesterol,” writes another.
As of today however, the original London Times article that featured the comments (Swine flu vaccine rushed through safety checks) has been completely wiped clean, and the scores of comments expressing refusal to comply with any potential mandatory vaccination program have been sent down the memory hole. The London Times newspaper has apparently censored scores of comments on its own... more

On July 13, a World Health Organization (WHO) Global Alert headlined, “WHO recommendations on pandemic (H1N1) 2009 vaccinations” suggest that universally mandated ones are coming. It stated that on July 7, the pharmaceutical industry-dominated Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization held an “extraordinary meeting in Geneva to discuss issues and make recommendations related to vaccine for the pandemic (H1N1) 2009.”
There’s no pandemic. Yet WHO said the virus “is considered unstoppable,” while admitting little evidence of spread so far, most cases are mild, and many people recover unaided. Nonetheless, all countries will need vaccines and should follow these priorities as initial supplies will be limited:
– immunize health care workers “to protect the essential health care infrastructure;” then
– pregnant women; children over six months of age “with one of several chronic medical conditions;” healthy young adults aged 15 – 49; healthy children; healthy adults aged 50 – 64; and finally healthy adults aged 65 or older.
WTO suggested the risks in stating “new technologies are involved in the production of some pandemic vaccines, which have not yet been extensively evaluated for their safety in certain population groups…” As a result, “post-marketing surveillance” and “post-marketing safety and effectiveness studies” are essential so that countries can adjust their vaccination policies.
WHO “recommendations” are binding on all 194 member countries in case a pandemic emergency is declared under the 2005 International Health Regulations Act and April 2009 WHO pandemic plan.
It’s crucial to understand that these vaccines are experimental, untested, toxic and extremely dangerous to the human immune system. They contain squalene-based adjuvants that cause a host of annoying to life-threatening autoimmune diseases. They must be avoided, even if mandated. It’s also known that vaccines don’t protect against diseases they’re designed to prevent and often cause them. They should be banned but proliferate anyway because they’re so profitable, and if globally mandated to the greatest extent ever.On July 13, a World Health Organization (WHO) Global Alert headlined, “WHO... more

An outbreak of swine flu occurred in Mexico this spring that eventually affected 4,910 Mexican citizens and resulted in 85 deaths. By the time it spread to the United States, the virus caused only mild cases of flu-like illness.
Thanks to air travel and the failure of public health officials to control travel from Mexico, the virus spread worldwide. Despite predictions of massive numbers of deaths and the arrival of doomsday, the virus has remained a relatively mild disease, something we know happens each year with flu epidemics.
Worldwide, there have only been 311 deaths out of 70,893 cases of swine flu. In the United States, 27,717 cases have resulted in 127 deaths. Every death is a tragedy, but such a low death rate should not be the basis of a draconian government policy.
It is helpful to recall that the Centers for Disease Control with the collusion of the media, constantly tell us that 36,000 people die from the flu each year, a figure that has been shown to be a lie. In this case, we are talking about 300 plus deaths for the entire world.
This virus continues to be an enigma for virologists. In the April 30, 2009 issue of Nature, a virologist was quoted as saying,“Where the hell it got all these genes from we don’t know.” Extensive analysis of the virus found that it contained the original 1918 H1N1 flu virus, the avian flu virus (bird flu), and two new H3N2 virus genes from Eurasia. Debate continues over the possibility that swine flu is a genetically engineered virus.
Novartis Pharmaceuticals has an agreement with WHO for a pandemic vaccine. Novartis appears to have won the contract (It was competing with Baxter), since their vaccine is near completion. What is terrifying is that these pandemic vaccines contain ingredients, called immune adjuvants that a number of studies have shown cause devastating autoimmune disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis and lupus.
Animal studies using this adjuvant have found them to be deadly. A study using 14 guinea pigs found that when they were injected with the special adjuvant, only one animal survived. A repeat of the study found the same deadly outcome.
So, what is this deadly ingredient? It is called squalene, a type of oil. The Chiron company, maker of the deadly anthrax vaccine, makes an adjuvant called MF-59 which contains two main ingredients of concern—squalene and gp120. A number of studies have shown that squalene can trigger all of the above-mentioned autoimmune diseases when injected.
The MF-59 adjuvant has been used in several vaccines. These vaccines, including tetanus and diphtheria, are the same vaccines frequently associated with adverse reactions.

It is obvious that the vaccine manufacturers stand to make billions of dollars in profits from this WHO/government-promoted pandemic. Novartis, the maker of the new pandemic vaccine, recently announced that they would not give free vaccines to impoverished nations—everybody pays.
One must keep in mind that once the vaccine is injected, there is little you can do to protect yourself—at least by conventional medicine. It will mean a lifetime of crippling illness and early death.
There are much safer ways to protect oneself from this flu virus, such as higher doses of vitamin D3, selective immune enhancement using supplements, and a good diet.An outbreak of swine flu occurred in Mexico this spring that eventually affected 4,910... more

A swine flu vaccine will be fast-tracked for use in Britain within five days once it is developed, and 130 million doses are on order.
The Department of Health expects to have enough vaccine this year to give it to half the population. Further supplies will be available if needed. Each person will need two doses of the vaccine, unless one single jab is found to provide high rates of immunity.
The first doses specific to the H1N1 swine flu virus are set to arrive in September and could be given regulatory approval in less than a week.
The move came after the first British patient without underlying health problems died from swine flu, taking the number of swine flu-linked deaths in Britain to 15. Peter Holden, the British Medical Association’s lead negotiator on swine flu, said that GPs’ surgeries were prepared for one of the biggest winter vaccination campaigns in almost 50 years. He said that, although swine flu was not generally causing serious illness in patients, health officials were eager to start a mass vaccination campaign, starting first on groups that were susceptible to infection or prone to complications.

School-age children will be a key target population for a pandemic flu vaccine in the fall, and they may be vaccinated at school in a mass campaign not seen since the polio epidemics of the 1950s.
The federal government should get about 100 million doses of vaccine by mid-October, if the current production by five companies goes as planned. But enough vaccine for wide use by the 120 million people especially vulnerable to the newly emerged strain of H1N1 influenza virus will not be available until later in the fall.
Those were among the messages administration officials delivered to about 500 state, territorial, city and tribal health officials yesterday at a “flu summit” at the National Institutes of Health’s Bethesda campus.
President Obama, speaking by audio link from the Group of Eight summit in L'Aquila, Italy, urged "complete ownership" of preparations for what he termed a "significant outbreak" of H1N1 flu in the next few months.
"We want to make sure that we are not promoting panic, but we are promoting vigilance and preparation," he said. He added that "the most important thing for us to do is to make sure that state and local officials prepare now to implement a vaccination program in the fall."

Swine flu fearmongering is increasing in its intensity the closer we get to fall, which is the timeframe earmarked for the production and potential mandatory distribution of vaccines which may not even properly fight the virus.
Despite the fact that swine flu has killed far fewer people globally than the common flu virus since it was first discovered in April, media scare stories about H1N1 “epidemics” are becoming more and more frequent.
A death toll in Britain of 14, every one of whom had underlying health problems to begin with, has prompted fearmongering headlines despite the fact that the 1999-2000 seasonal flu outbreak affected more people. Add to this the fact that doctors are treating swathes of ordinary flu sufferers as swine flu cases and the exaggerated paranoia is plain to see.
Reuters reports today that the World Health Organization will “issue guidance about the need for a H1N1 influenza jab” during a press conference later today or on Monday. Meanwhile, the U.S. government has put states on notice that swine flu vaccinations will begin in October.
“Swine flu may have faded from the headlines but it’s still sickening people here and abroad and is certain to worsen when influenza-friendly fall temperatures arrive. The federal government called together health and education officials from every state to check their preparations for the likely prospect of vaccinations and determine how they’ll handle flu-riddled schools,” reports USA Today.
Preparations are clearly being geared towards a mass rollout of the swine flu vaccine, in other words, a mandatory distribution. Time Magazine has been dutifully preparing Americans to accept this premise, reporting on April 28th that a mass vaccination program is being readied to combat swine flu while also urging Americans to “trust that the government is working for the greater good” and to not resist draconian measures.
The question is, what will happen to the millions of people around the world who will reject the notion that the government can order someone to stick a needle in your arm by force?
