The processor speed of first Droid is 550 MHz and a memory 256 MB RAM, and the Droid two has a speed of the 2 GHz and have a memory 512 MB. And it is also improving the Android platform version used is Android 2.2 (previously 1.6). It is still the same as the previous Droid like 5 MP camera, 3.7 inch screen (854 × 480).
