“Consumed” is a strange and intriguing 3-min. short film directed by Bradley Young, which features a socialite and model looking her most gorgeous and bored. She vamps for the camera in a variety of stunning fashion ensembles and interesting tableaux, while the subway busker Luke Trumble croons “St. Louis Blues” in the background. But there’s a deeply sad and gritty undercurrent to the action that reminds us of what life in New York City is really like. Yes, there's an over-abundance of glamorous things in the big city, but often attaining them isn’t worth the trouble to get them. Sometimes those fabulous parties for the rich and famous are just full of very lonely people.
This piece includes a number of great b&w photographs, as well as the unusual, engaging short film, “Consumed.”

Back in 2000, Enrique Iglesias’ music video for Sad Eyes was too hot for tv, and his label kept it unreleased. Until now.
The video features him de-shirted and touchy-touchy with himself as he lusts after a phone sex commercial gal, who is played by porn actress Cassidey. Coincidentally, he later runs into this bimbo as he’s picking up hookers. Soul mates, perhaps? At 3:25, he brings her back to his hotel room for a romp–and Enrique is full on naked! Of course his tiny bits are covered by the hooker’s legs. The best part comes when he takes her into his bedroom where there is conveniently a stripper pole growing out of his mattress. I am not kidding.
Grizzly Bear’s new album “Veckatimst” has given birth to another aesthetically appealing video. Artist Allison Schulnik has created a mesmerizing smeary rainbow-dripped claymation landscape for “Ready, Able.” It’s a hauntingly surreal mix of sadness, repulsion and a kind of otherworldly beauty. Why is that one blob thing melting? Why are those faces turning inside out? And why do I get so depressed watching all of it?
This piece includes colorful illustrations, as well as the surreal music video, “Ready, Able.”

Yes indeed, Susan’s Back! I must admit, no matter how many snarky comments people make about Susan Boyle, I have a very warm spot in my heart for her. On Tuesday night, Susan Boyle made her American television singing debut in Los Angeles on Dancing with the Stars, and she's sounding and looking better than ever. Susan sang “I Dreamed A Dream” while Dancing With the Stars professionals Tony Dovolani and Chelsie Hightower danced.
This piece includes a number of color photographs and a HQ music video of Susan Boyle's performance on Dancing With the Stars.

Lady GaGa has done it again! She has outdone herself in this new video for Bad Romance. This girl takes her fashion sense and confidence to the next level.
“Echoes” is a selection of photographs from an ongoing project created by photographer Zefram Cochrane, which he describes as a visual representation of the song “Echoes” by Pink Floyd. He explains that he visualizes the project as an audio-video performance, in which the different moods, tensions, inner visions and hallucinations coming from the music are translated into images synchronized with it.
According to Zefram, “Reality is often limited, trivial and tone-less, far from being able to directly represent what is in a creative mind. So my major effort is both to modify reality to let the latent image impressed on the film match what it was intended to represent in my mind. As reality modification is the basic brick of my creative process, my work can maybe viewed as photograpy of 'ephemeral sculptures.' Indeed I feel that this broad definition could fit.”
This piece includes a number of color photographs, a slide show and a music video of Pink Floyd's “Echoes.”

“Lucky” is a 2-minute animated short film by Yibi Hu, who describes his main inspirational idea as an enigmatic but riveting vision of the potential warmth of humankind. “Lucky” is an illustrative and evocative portrait of captivated animals, who suffer but ultimately survive in the gap between nature and humanity.
This piece includes a number of illustrations from the film, as well as the emotionally evocative animated short, “Lucky.”

There have been a lot of sexually charged pop songs released over the years and the latest one just happens to be Britney Spears’ new sex hit, ‘3′. I don’t know that you could be MORE blatant about a sexy threesome. This mother of two still feels sexy and she brought it all to the table for the music video.

Woweee, I certainly didn't expect to run across such a scene like this right in downtown New York City! I mean, I've heard about some of the big high roller whales in some of those big casinos, like in Las Vegas and Atlantic City. And even read about ever-so-richly-rich peoples, who spend crazy-freely and extravagantly for all kinds of luxuries and weird entertainment. But I never actually saw a high roller like this one, right smack-dab in the middle of Manhattan. Nope, never did...'til now. So I just had to put a music video in here, to go along with this picture of the incredible city-guy high roller.
And you can take a big looky-see and also hear it all for yourself right here:
Singer Britney Spears has been offering her fans small treats like photos and short clips of the brand new music video for the song ‘3‘ featured on the ‘Singles Collection‘ compilation album, which will premiere on Friday (October 30) [photos and videos at LINK]
