HLN has reached the desperate stage in trying to prove there was premediation on the part of JODI ARIAS. Now HLN is saying she brought the knife with her along with the gun. Holy Shit! According to HLN she was carrying more gear than I carried when I was a Combat Engineer in the United States Army. HLN would have you believe she was dressed up like RAMBO when she went to Travis Alexander's house. BTW: If she planned or premediated this murder, how come she did such a sloppy job of cleaning up after the murder? The jury in the Jodi Arias murder trial heard from a defense witness, Dr. Richard Samuels, who said he has talked with Arias' brother who confirmed she was attacked at age 13 and a knife was held to her throat.

DePalo has pleaded guilty to child endangerment and will have to register as a sex offender and forfeit her teacher’s license. In return, county prosecutors will recommend she get lifetime parole supervision when she is sentenced in April.
While DePalo was initially charged with aggravated sexual assault and sexual abuse, for which could have gotten up to 10 years in prison if convicted. As a result of her guilty plea, she will walk off with much lighter sentence – much much lighter than a male teacher would propably have gotten for same crimes. This result clearly seems like a double standard case. Still, according to the prosecutors, the boy’s family approved of the plea deal.
DePalo and the teen had sexual relations between June and August 2012. During that time, the victim also visited DePalo at her apartment and the two had sexual relations on more than one occasion. Female teacher admitted sex with student who was part of her honors English class at West Orange High School.
