Daniel Goncalves, 25, of Union, hacked into an online account belonging to one of the owners of the P2P.com domain name, New Jersey State Police said Monday. He allegedly shifted ownership to himself and resold the Web site address on eBay.
Goncalves, who works for an online research firm, was arrested Thursday on felony charges of theft by unlawful taking or deception, identity theft and computer theft. Julian Castellanos, a state police spokesman, said each of the three counts carries a maximum sentence of 10 years. Goncalves, who did not respond to a reporter's phone calls, is free after posting a $60,000 cash bail
.

UPDATE: JUDGE TRUE'S FINAL RULING:
After a six year attempt to recover our stolen property and stop the continuing on going retaliatory actions from a Corporation with self-described "DEEP GOVERNMENT CONNECTIONS". After $100,000.00 in legal fees in our search for justice and right to a trial under the law. Only to discover in the end, a surprise switch of our Trial Judge, Judge Barbara Miller who was quickly transfered and a" Substituted Judge" had just been appointed for all purposes. It was from that point on... Justice was denied to us.
A series of quick odd rulings and statements ending in a surprise hearing without our attorney present on June 10th 2009. Where Judge True III granting a ruling ( that Judge Miller previously had denied ) a ruling that resulted in all our corporate case damages being thrown out on phony fabricated missing "Assignment of Claims" documents that were in fact... never missing at all.

The JULY 20th HEARING RESULTS:
Judge True followed through with his threat he made to us in June, and ruled to dismiss our case against the defendants. He explained that the reason he dismissed the case was because of his previous ruling on June 10, 2009: (When he moved forward to have a trial "without Plaintiff's attorney present"). Judge John M. True went on to say that because of his ruling on June 10th, that the Plaintiffs didn't have any damages or any case left to fight. He then ruled to dismissed all charges against the defendants. By doing that Judge John M. True III denied our Constitutional Right to a Trial for the crimes committed against us.
AN ADDITIONAL ACTION: A MONETARY JUDGEMENT WILL BE GRANTED AGAINST US:
7/20/09 In a very large file was submitted to the Judge by the defendants (and not copied to us). Judge True had stated that; "He will be granting a judgement against us to pay for all the defendants legal expenses". (A figure after six years could very well be as high as $1 Million dollars.)
OUR FUTURE:
We are now seeking additional funding for an Appeal and for a complete formal investigation into the replacement of Judge Barbara Miller and the odd rulings and Judicial actions exhibited in the court by Judge John M. True III.
We were intentionally denied our rights to a Trial and to Justice for the crimes that were committed against us. We not only ask for our Constitutional rights... We Demand them !

Following Radiohead's collaboration with MTV Exit ("End Exploitation and Trafficking") last year, the Killers have provided their song "Goodnight, Travel Well" as a soundtrack to a new human trafficking PSA.
The video is currently being broadcast on MTV networks around the world, with the potential to reach over 500 million people. It was created to raise awareness about and help prevent sex trafficking, which is a problem much more common than most people realize.
More than 1.2 million children are being trafficked each year and nearly 80 per cent of all trafficking is for sexual exploitation, and the most at risk are girls. There is almost no country in the world that isn't affected by sex trafficking in some way.
The powerful video was directed by David Slade ("Hard Candy") and provides insight into the realities of trafficking.

IN A SURPRISE TWIST: Our Trial Judge was quickly switched from The Honorable Barbara Miller to: Judge John M. True III.
OUR FIRST HEARING BEFORE JUDGE JOHN M. TRUE III ~ We were Denied our Constitutional Right to equal justice under the law.
" I was ordered by Judge True to represent our corporate case in trial." " I told Judge True NO! That I couldn't do that because I am not an attorney and, I wasn't qualified and, that we already had an Attorney." Judge True III replied: [quote] "That if I SAID THAT YOU would have to represent yourself - Then... that's exactly what you will have to do!... So, Deal With It-!!!!" . [end quote].

When I received my July newsletter from Times Ten Cellars, I was intrigued by the upcoming Wine, Food, Help Buy Some TOMS Shoes! event on Wednesday, July 15. So, I had to dig deeper.
My research led me to the mother and daughter team of Jill and Lizzie Cochran, who are both students in the Southern Methodist University (SMU) Human Rights Education Program this summer. Lizzie is an SMU undergraduate, and mother Jill is a graduate student. Along with fellow student Susan Humphrey, the Cochrans have been instrumental in organizing Wednesday's fundraiser.
Student event organizer Lizzie Cochran gravitated to the project after a trip to Tanzania made her aware of the need for sturdy shoes for children to wear. Lizzie says, "On that trip two years ago, I saw there was a big issue with kids not having shoes."
As part of the curriculum in this cutting-edge learning experience, students design and implement a human rights project. The summer program ends with an international trip in early August, fulfilling the students' goal of bringing 100 pairs of TOMS shoes to children at Les Enfants de Dieu and Hope Made Real orphanages in Rwanda. Students cover their own travel costs.
According to Lizzie, when she and other students saw the list of needs from the orphanages, shoes were a high priority. Reports Lizzie, "My last trip to Africa opened my eyes to how lucky we are as Americans to have the basics in life. Despite having very little, the people are so nice. It's a completely different way of life."
TOMS is a natural choice to supply shoes for this humanitarian mission. Lizzie is one of several TOMS Campus Reps at SMU, and company founder Blake Mycoskie is a former SMU student.
Through TOMS One for One program, for every pair you purchase, TOMS will give a pair to a child in need. As a result, the SMU human rights students will touch the lives of the Rwandan children receiving the 100 pairs of shoes and 100 others around the world.
Times Ten Cellars in Lakewood hosts the Wine, Food, Help Buy Some TOMS Shoes! event. Adults pay $25 for a glass of the winery's best vino plus appetizers. For guests under 21, non-alcoholic beverages and food is available for $12. All proceeds go to the purchase of 100 pairs of TOMS shoes.
Stop by the event and discuss the upcoming Rwanda shoe drop with the SMU students. No reservations are required, and all ages are welcome. For those who cannot attend the fundraiser on July 15, you can donate online at www.giveforward.org/dallastorwanda.

Without any warning... We were targeted by a corporation based in Pennsylvania, with

Our pick-up truck is struggling up a hillside littered with boulders and rubble. A thunderous rumble echoes around as a glacier churns out another iceberg into Wolstenholme Fjord.
Gleaming bright white below us is a vast runway, which dominates Thule Air Base, the US military's most remote and northern outpost. The 10,000ft-long strip is painted to reflect the sun, otherwise the permafrost beneath it would melt and it would warp.

Even though Iran has not fought a war for conquest in over two hundred years, our government, our media, our politicians and our “ally” Israel continue to beat the war drums and cast Iran in the harshest light possible. We forget that Iran gave us permission to use their airspace to engage the Taliban and Al Quaeda and provided information as to the whereabouts of their leaders. This stopped when George Bush included them in his “axis of evil”.

I never cease to be amazed at American news. I watch a few outlets, just to see if they ever mention anything about the rest of the planet. Except for earthquakes, floods, threats against the US and plane crashes, if we didn’t have maps and globes, we wouldn’t know that there is a world outside the U.S., Mexico and Canada (unless we are in a war somewhere). I realize I’m being a bit facetious when I write about how ignorant our news outlets have become, but the fact is that I’m much closer to the truth than not.
Sometimes I ask myself why our media doesn’t cover the events taking place in other countries. Most Americans don’t know that Iceland, a prosperous country a couple of years ago, went completely bankrupt. There were riots in the streets and this hardly made the mainstream media. There are other things that don’t make news in the media even though it affects us all. Call me a conspiracy believer, but I figure that the government would rather have Americans know little or nothing about the real world. This way, if we end up going to war with another nation, they can spin it just the way they want to.
You can always tell when our government wants something from another nation. The first clue is that we hear much more about the country on the news. It seems that suddenly, a nation that becomes a “place of interest” and gets a thorough look by the media. The history, the resources, the plight of the people and its global importance (especially to the United States) becomes paramount. Countries we turned a blind eye to, nations that were ignored while starvation and genocide were taking place, instantaneously become the center of attention the minute the first drop of oil is pumped out of a proven oil reserve.Iran: The Propaganda Never Stops

April is Genocide prevention Month and the organization SAVEDARFUR is asking supporters to get out the word with nationwide grassroots events.
The situation in Darfur is tragic- hundreds of thousands of Darfuris have been killed and over 2 million people have been displaced from their homes.
With the impending arrest warrant for President Bashir (expected Wednesday) this is a turning point for Sudan.

Exchanged by friends and strangers or left in bus shelters and other unexpected places, the 1000 Journals have accumulated a rich tapestry of stories, drawings, and personal reflections. Collectively, the journals have traveled to more than forty countries and all 50 states. The exhibition features a selection of journals that have returned to San Francisco. In keeping with the spirit of the project, journals and art supplies will be available to visitors, offering an open invitation to participate in this exciting social-art experiment.

It looks like the old Dead are gettin' on.
Surviving members of the Grateful Dead say they'll regroup for a 19-city tour, their first since 2004, beginning April 12 in Greensboro, N.C.
The group, which now just calls itself The Dead, announced its plans Thursday.
Original band members Bob Weir, Phil Lesh, Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann have toured sporadically since the 1995 death of guitarist Jerry Garcia, but struggled to get along personally and artistically. They told Rolling Stone in November that they've worked out their differences, aided by a successful October benefit concert in Pennsylvania for then-presidential candidate Barack Obama.
Warren Haynes joins the Dead on lead guitar, and Jeff Chimenti will play keyboards.It looks like the old Dead are gettin' on.
