The subconscious mind has proven through research that it is incapable of making selections of comparisons. It can cannot reason and is open to any suggestion no mater if it truth or false. The subconscious does not judge the information it only stores it. The mind however relates to the information and memories stored in the subconscious as truth. The subconscious has the ability to alter your personality. You will behave as if what in contained in the subconscious is truth. You can see this example in many forms of hypnosis, where the Hypnotist dictates to the sub conscious. Therefore what the hypnotist suggests to you therefore you are.The subconscious mind has proven through research that it is incapable of making... more

“Never apologize for something that wasn’t your fault.” I can still hear my father’s voice as he tapped into his inner Mr. Miyagi, while grooming me into the karate kid that I am today. I appreciated that valuable life lesson, as it’s served me well along the way—particularly as I navigate the sometimes rocky terrain of the entertainment industry.“Never apologize for something that wasn’t your fault.” I can still... more

So she’s heard that an ex of hers is happily married. And what does she do? She turns up uninvited on his doorstep in the hope that he’ll be able to tell from her face that she’s not over him. (It’s not clear what she does with her face to try to achieve this, but we can assume fake eyelashes are involved.)
She is then taken aback by how withdrawn he appears. (Again it’s not clear if this is his reaction to a crazy ex turning up out of the blue or the huge eyelashes. Probably both, in any instance you can hardly blame the guy.)
She resolves; ‘Never mind, I’ll find someone like you’ (she certainly knows how to make a guy feel special) before adding that she wishes nothing but the best for him. Ah, that must be why on hearing how happy he was she decided it was time to remind him of her face; To make his life even better. I get it now.

Divorcing couples will be sent to mediation sessions to sort out most of their disputes before they are allowed to use the courts, the government said today.Justice minister Jonathan Djanogly said mediation was "a quicker, cheaper and more amicable alternative" to the over-worked family courts. The measures for England and Wales, focused on child custody and financial disputes, will come into force on 6 April.Domestic violence and child protection cases will still go to court.Mr Djanogly told BBC: "Nearly every time I ask someone if their stressful divorce battle through the courts was worth it, their answer is 'no'."Under the change, anyone wanting to use the courts will have to undergo a compulsory mediation assessment session first, which could cost some couples up to £140.If mediation is not a workable option, for example if one party refuses to take part in it, the case can proceed to court. However, the government is proposing to cut legal aid for many separating couples and that means that if they cannot mediate after their compulsory assessment, they will have to pay for legal advice and court representation. Some lawyers have argued that will amount to a denial of access to justice.Divorce is on the up by 16 per cent and in 2009 more than 137,000 divorce cases were filed. The cost per client of mediation is £535, compared with £2,823 for court costs and the National Audit Office also found mediation was quicker - 110 days, compared with 435 days for court cases.Ooops, one day to get married and 435 to get divorced…Divorcing couples will be sent to mediation sessions to sort out most of their... more

In the mountains under the moon
In the mist when it was gloom
I perceived a blurry image, I saw that shadow again…
Sometimes so near,
Sometimes when I was almost there,
It just concealed, I was baffled…
Like catching the water with the hand
I had nothing, but an empty jar
I was so near, yet so far...
One day, I saw you
We just crossed
Without any babble,
Without any talk…

A teenager collapsed and died minutes after her boyfriend kissed her for the first time, an inquest heard today.
Shy Jemma Benjamin, 18, was kissed by fellow university student Daniel Ross, 21, at his home after a night out together.
But superfit hockey player Jemma then suddenly slumped onto the sofa - and died in front of Daniel's eyes.
The inquest heard Jemma died from the rare cardiac condition SADS - Sudden Arrhythmic Death syndrome - which kills 500 people in Britain each year. Daniel, who had known Jemma for three months, tried desperately to save her before paramedics arrived on the scene.
But the inquest heard nothing could have been done for Jemma who was killed by the adult version of cot death syndrome.
Daniel told police that he and Jemma had been friends for three months - but that was the first time they had kissed.
He said: 'It was not a sexual relationship but we saw each other a couple of times a week.
'We were going to go to a bar for some food and went back to my house for a credit card which I had forgotten.
'We were talking and ended up kissing in the hallway by the front door. We went into the kitchen and then the living room and Jemma sat down on the sofa.'
Daniel said that Jemma's eyelids 'suddenly began to droop' and her mouth started to froth before she collapsed at his student flat in Treforest, Pontypridd, South Wales.
He said: 'I rang her mother to see if she had epilepsy. She fell in and out of consciousness.'
He rang 999 and was given CPR instructions on the phone by a Welsh Ambulance Service control operator but he was unable to revive Jemma.
Det Con Richie Andrews, who interviewed Daniel, told the inquest: 'Jemma and Daniel started chatting and ended up kissing each other - it was possible that it was the first time they had kissed.'
Jemma's father Dale told the hearing that he thought Jemma and Daniel were 'just friends'. He said: 'Jemma was very shy and timid.'
The hearing was told Jemma was athletic and sporty but was 'stressed' about forthcoming exams in sports science.
Her mother Charlotte Garwood said Jemma - a long-distance swimmer and hockey player - was 'a picture of health one minute and taken away from me the next'.
She said: 'I am not able to put into words how much I miss her.'
Daniel has since finished his studies at the University of Glamorgan in Pontypridd, South Wales, and returned to his home city of Birmingham.
A post-mortem examination by pathologist Dr Jason Shannon could find no medical reason for her death in April 2009.
The hearing was told she had no history of cardiac problems. Glamorgan coroner Peter Maddox recored a narrative verdict at the inquest in Aberdare.
After the hearing, builder Mr Benjamin, 38, of Llantwit Fardre, South Wales, said: 'We were shocked and devastated that such a fit girl as Jemma should have died.'
He said he was setting up an appeal to raise £5,000 for a heart screening programme for young people in the area through the charity CRY - Cardiac Risk In The Young.

It is traditionally one of the most romantic days of the year, one filled with flowers, chocolate and romance.
But now it could be more about lawyers, papers and hatred as Valentine's Day is heading towards becoming divorce day.
A new study shows that February 14 has increasingly become a time for divorce as the number of couples filing for a decree nisi sky rockets around 40 per cent.
The New York Post reported on data compiled by Awo.com - a site that offers free ratings and profiles for lawyers and licensed MDs - which showed that the rate has increased over the last two years.
Founder and CEO of Awo Mark Britton said: 'Over the past two years we’ve seen an average increase of 40 percent in the number of requests for divorce lawyers around Valentine’s Day, compared to the previous six months.
'Furthermore, the number of questions about divorce has soared 36 per cent during that same time. Indeed, there’s definitely a major Valentine’s spike when it comes to divorce.'
Kelly Chang, a Los Angeles-based divorce lawyer said she has seen an increase in divorce filings shortly after Valentine’s Day.
She said: 'This can be attributed to two major groups of people: the ‘Delayed New Year’s Resoluters’ who are merely moving forward on their resolution to be single, just a month late, and the ‘Waiting to Exhalers,’ who, depending on the actions of their spouses on Valentine’s Day, will either reconcile or file for divorce.'
New Jersey lawyer Cary Cheifetz told the New York Post: 'We see a definite spike in divorce cases around Valentine’s Day.
'I see it as a combination of cabin fever, people waiting until after the holidays and most importantly, people waiting until they know what their spouse’s bonus and income situation will be in the New Year.'
And it seems that it is not just mere mortals who are affected by divorce at this time of year.
Despite showing a united front to the cameras and reportedly even making Valentine's Day plans, Ashlee Simpson filed for divorce from Pete Wentz this morning, days after he Tweeted his love for her and their son Bronx.
After eight years of marriage Tron star Olivia Wilde has also separated from her husband Tao Ruspoll, it was revealed today, after reportedly living apart for some time to try and make their marriage work.

A woman from New York allegedly mowed down her own cousin twice with a minivan over a Facebook-fueled catfight over a man. The victim, 21-year-old Giselle Penagos 21,was left lying helpless in the middle of a busy road on a freezing night, requiring emergency surgery to fix a broken leg and shattered pelvis.Luckily, an unidentified man rescued Penagos as she lay bleeding in the street and rushed her to her father's house in Queens. It all happened after she and her cousin Melanie Spanopoulos had started arguing over a man on Facebook. "If it wasn't for the good Samaritan, she could very easily have been hit by another car," Nassau County Detective Sgt. Robert Galgano told the New York Post.It was freezing outside and Penagos, unable to move due to her injuries, might also have died of exposure."I don't know what to say, it was just crazy. I was so scared," said Penagos. After watching a New York Jets game at a bar, Spanopoulos - whose Facebook page notes that her favorite activities are "getting drunk" and "speaking gibberish" - and Penagos headed home together in the same car.Galgano said that's when one of the girls found out the other one was in touch with a potential love interest on Facebook.Spanopoulos' lawyer, Dennis Lemke, said the man refused Penagos' friend request but accepted one from his client. That's when the fight started. Spanopoulos pulled off the parkway onto a dark street near Elmont Avenue and Penagos got out. When Penagos refused to get back in the van, Spanopoulos allegedly leaped out and the pair wrestled each other to the ground. The suspect then hopped behind the wheel and plowed into her cousin with the van, cops said. She then allegedly put the vehicle in reverse and smashed into her a second time.A woman from New York allegedly mowed down her own cousin twice with a minivan over a... more

"I love you madly"
Lovers in the morning, fighters late at night
narrow-minded dreamers let's make it right
we can make it better instead of getting worse
is there no solution should we disperse
our bodies are inviting when love is at it's height
but in the mind we're as different as black and white
I love you madly
lonely is a liar who speaks against his heart
so tho'we both are lonely we have to make a start
it really doesn't matter who is right or wrong
we can make it better we can have our song
our bodies are inviting they're one of a kind
let us become adults and stop being blind
I love you madly

I'm stuck, immobilized, bogged down.
Stuck between the old protocols and the stereotypes.
Strangled between the dogmas and the principles.
Muffled between the self and the forerunners.
I stepped up to make it better,
I finised to make it happy,
I tried to do whatever made sense.
Yet, they thought I'm not right...
Yet, they didn't understand....
Effort for exuberance and glee,
Effort for jubilation and sanctity,
Effort for peace and euphoria,
All have gone in vain, everything squandered.
Once again devastation, another havoc.
