Two days ago Treyarch released patch 1.04 for the immensely popular Call of Duty: Black Ops. Intended to fix numerous issues that have plagued the game since its release in November, as well as bringing several new features to the game, the patch has also appeared to cause a bunch of problems for PlayStation 3 players.
