Garry Marshall’s “Valentine’s Day” is no massacre. But it ain’t no “Pretty Woman,” either.
Part of the problem is that there are more stars in the film than in the Big Dipper. Even if there were enough good stories to go around -- which there aren’t -- there wouldn’t be enough time to develop them.
