A UK woman couldn’t believe her eyes when she spotted the face of Steven Spielberg’s creature E.T. from the 1982 hit E.T.: The Extra Terrestrial on her garden fence.
“I couldn’t believe it when I saw it,” said Jackie Wollaston. “This shape just appeared in the wood, and it looked just like E.T.”
She says the fence was built six months ago, and the image only appeared after a recent rainstorm. Her son pointed out a second image on the face that also looks like the iconic alien.

North Carolina “Mountain Man” Tim Peeler says he saw Sasquatch, also known as Bigfoot, and he has local law enforcement backing up his story.
“This thing was 10-foot tall. He had beautiful hair,” Peeler told Charlotte’s WCNC, also noting that the beast’s color of hair was blond. He added: “He looked like he had six fingers on each hand.”
Peeler made the incredible encounter near South Mountains State park while he was using a game call to find coyote. That’s when he says Bigfoot was lured by the call.
“I come out here and rough talked him and got him to run off,” Peeler said. “I said ‘Get away from here. Get.’”
Peeler called 911 and when a deputy arrived, he too saw Bigfoot.
“He scared me,” the deputy said. “There was an eight to 10-f00t hairy man-looking person.” Though, he later had a change of heart. He added: “It doesn’t bother me now, I don’t think there’s anything to it.”
Bigfoot has been spotted in the North Carolina mountains since the 1970’s.

A New Jersey woman says she has to surrender her state-issued “BIOTCH” license plate she’s had on her car for more than four years because someone complained it was offensive.
Kim Romano, 49, ordered the “BIOCH” plate as a joke after she received a credit for a personalized license plate from the state Motor Vehicle Commission after they misspelled her original plate. She asked for “BIG KIM,” but received “B1G KIM” instead, which she thought “looked stupid,” so she sent it back.
Romano tried to register several profane words for her license plate on the MVC Web site, but all were rejected until she requested “BIOCH.” When she was notified that it was approved, she couldn’t believe her eyes. “They said, ‘Congratulations, you’re the first ‘bioch’ in New Jersey,” she said.
But now, a complaint filed by a retired police officer who took offense to the plate has caused the commission to have a change of heart, and they’re demanding that she return the plate or they won’t renew her registration next month.
Romano’s now handing over the recalled plate and has applied for a new one that’s a far cry from how she feels about the matter. She expects to receive replacement plate “WHAEVER” soon.

A New Zealand woman says she’s horrified by what she discovered when she opened a can of pear halves: The face of a demon in a pear.
Wendy McMahon told The Southland Times that she opened the Budget brand Pear Halves in syrup on May 1 and discovered the sinister presence carved in the fruit on her second helping.
“I thought `oh my God, is that a face’… it really kind of shocked me,” she said.
She left a voicemail for the manufacturer even though she felt “embarrassed”, and then took photos and uploaded it to Facebook, TV3 and listed it for sale on auction site Trade Me.
A representative for the company returned her call and assured her that the manufacturing process was entirely automated and there was no possibility of foul play. McMahon said the representative became angry when she revealed she had gone public with the find.
She submitted photos of the pear to the woman and later received a letter and a $15 voucher. The representative wanted the pear and can to investigate the matter.
On Friday, the representative told her that people at a Chinese plant checked the fruit as a quality control measure during the production. And somehow, the bizarre incident occurred. She offered a $30 voucher for the trouble.
“I said that wasn’t good enough, then she turned on me and got nasty again – she said `you’re just after money aren’t you?’ – I asked her to send the pear back,” McMahon said.
Although the fruit wasn’t returned, she says she’s more disturbed the way she was treated than the demonic face on the pear.

A UK woman feared for her life after a furious cow repeatedly head-butted and trampled her on Tuesday.
Glynis Porter, 58, said the cow attacked her when she was walking her three dogs through a field. It knocked her to the ground, then began launching a harsh attack. She was able to call for help after her screams scared away the animal.
Emergency services took her to a hospital by helicopter, where she was still feeling “extremely shaken” yesterday.
“She thought she was going to die,” her husband Leslie told reporters. “She didn’t think the cow was going to leave her alone. She fell on to the ground and it carried on head-butting her before stamping on her.”
She suffered a broken leg, a smashed ankle and a cut above her right eye.
He added: “Glynis was lucky to survive the attack.”

A Florida woman was arrested after she pretended to be someone else and failed to spell the name on three tries.
According to reports, a 27-year-old woman was pulled over for an improper tail light on Tuesday. The woman said she didn’t have identification, but said her name was Coronica Jackson. When the deputy asked her to spell it, she said it was C-o-r-i-c-a. The passenger nudged her in the shoulder, then she spelled it C-o-r-n-a-i-c-a. That’s when the passenger said the correct spelling C-o-r-o-n-i-c-a.
The deputy detected deception, so he pulled up her name on his computer and found that the photo did not match the defendant. He asked the woman to sign her name on a piece of paper. The woman signed Coninani Junise.
He arrested the woman, searched her purse and found an identification card with her real name. Her license has been revoked since 1997.

A 16-year-old Iowa girl was so furious with her mother’s discipline that she burned down her family’s home.
Anissa Reyna was arrested on arson charges for starting the blaze on Monday, which killed two dogs, a cat and destroyed a house. Investigators say her mother, the mother’s infant nephew and the mother’s elderly father who uses a wheelchair were all inside at the time and managed to escape without injury. The teen’s rage stemmed from her mother punishing her by taking away her cell phone and Internet privileges.
“It was just a little teenage anger at your mom and it just got out of hand for her, but I know she didn’t mean this,” Reyna’s mother told KWQC. “I know she didn’t mean to do this.”
Reyna will be charged as an adult and could face 25 years in prison.

Police in New Zealand are still looking for four men in a vehicle who hurled a three-quarters-full beer bottle so fast it smashed a grandmother’s face and landed her in a coma.
The attack happened last Saturday as 65-year-old Mary Loader was taking a walk. According to reports, a car passing by launched a bottle that was thrown so fast “it was like a missile,” police said. It struck the victim in the face and left her bloodied and shaken.
Loader suffered a deep gash between her eyes, another between the nose and top lip, shattered cheekbones and a broken nose. She needed five metal plates inserted into her face to repair the damage the careless drivers caused. Doctors had to induce her into a coma.
But the victim has a good sense of humor about the vicious attack, “Under the circumstances, I’m not doing too bad,” she told the New Zealand Herald after waking from the coma today. “You can only whip an old dog so many times.”
The suspects are still at large.

A horse breeder in Washington state has turned his compound into a beastiality brothel–peddling disturbing sex acts with animals to zoophilic tourists, police say.
According to reports, Douglas Spink ran the animal sex ring from his property near the Canadian border. A tip led to his arrest, along with a 51-year-old male visitor from the UK who is accused of having sex with three dogs.
Police say that several dogs, horses and mice were sexually abused at the sex farm. Some were violated so badly they had to be euthanized.
“This stuff is just truly bizarre,” Whatcom County sheriff Bill Elfo told reporters. “These were mice that had their tails cut off, they were smothered in Vaseline and they had string tied around them.”
Spink has been charged with violating the terms of his parole by assisting others in engaging in beastiality, and his visitor has been charged with animal cruelty.
Authorities are investigating if more charges will be added.

Police say a Phillie’s fan vomited on an 11-year-old girl on purpose!

Critics of a zoo in Thailand are blasting the facility for hosting a cruel form of entertainment: ape kickboxing matches.
Orangutans are dressed in boxing shorts and gloves and are bated to fight until exhaustion at Safari World, located outside Bangkok. And some of the orangutans are dressed in bikinis to parade around the ring.
Previously, the zoo was closed six years ago on charges of animal cruelty for using the animals in the dangerous sport. Animal rights activists say that some of the orangutans, weighing up to 250 pounds, could cause serious harm to each other in a boxing match.

A UK woman says she almost killed her lover with her enormous breasts during sex.
Claire Smedley, 27, who has 40LL breasts, was terrified the moment she found her lover was not breathing when she lifted her breasts off his face, News of the World reports. She says he usually enjoys having his face smothered by her massive boobs whenever they romp.

An Ohio college student was horrified the moment she ripped into a piece of fried chicken she ordered at a campus dining facility and discovered it was completely raw on this inside.
This shocking image shows a breaded, boneless chicken tender that looks crisp and golden on the outside, but pink and obviously raw under the breading. It appears as if the meat was seared for only a few moments.

Family members of a 22-year-old Chinese woman are appealing for donations to help her fund a desperately needed operation to correct a horrific facial deformity.
Wu Xiaoyan is known as “Avatar girl” because she suffers from the severe deformity Fibruous Dysplasia–a condition that has left the young woman with a face like a creature from the Avatar movie.
A huge tumor covers two-thirds of her face, and doctors say she’s in desperate need of an operation.
“She cannot breathe through her nose or smell and can no longer see properly,” a doctor told the Daily Star. “She is very brave and doesn’t complain but she must be in a lot of pain.”
Journalism Without Borders reports that Xiaoyan’s parents–who are farmers–have paid $15,000 for treatment, but another $30,000 is needed to complete the operation. Donations can be made at their Web site.

She also believes the image is no coincidence. KENS5 News reports:
The woman points out that in the Bible, Exodus 28:17:21, the verse describes priestly robes adorned with 12 stones. The 12 stones represented the 12 houses of Israel. In the passage, one of the 12 stones is an agate.
She says the image is a symbol of hope and quoted Matthew 16:13-20:
“On this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades will not prevail against it.”

Chinese doctors are baffled by a male dairy farmer’s bizarre condition: They believe he has the largest man boobs in the world.
Guo Feng, 53, says the condition began about 10 years ago when he began to gain weight, but thought nothing of it. But now he says “In the last few years it’s become unbearable and I have been from one hospital to the other with nobody able to help me.”
Doctors say they don’t want to do anything until they can identify the problem, but one thing they do agree on is that his breasts aren’t cancer related and contain only fatty tissue.
He added: “I have spent all my money on examinations and tests and am still no nearer a solution – in fact my breasts are now bigger than ever.”
The ridicule his condition has drawn in his village is so disturbing that he says he plans to cut his breasts off himself if doctors don’t help him.
