Many cosmetics lines have eye shadow primers, and then suggest you use a cream eye shadow, and then pack a powder on top. Well, here is an easier way, and you don't have to buy three or four products, and two hours later your shadow is gone. Whichever color shadow you decide to use, use an eye liner pencil in a coordinating color. Usually best to use an Eye Kohl, and soften it on the back of your hand. Then apply the pencil to your entire lid. Next, take a flat eyeliner blush and blend. Finally, pack the eye shadow on top. This REALLY intensifies the color, and makes it lasts.
