There's lots of speculation on the interwebs about whether the van in this video of Google Street View belongs to Phillip Garrido, if he's driving it and if he's tailing Google's van.
As you're probably aware, Garrido is accused of the kidnapping and rape of Jaycee Lee Dugard - and is now suspected of being the murderer of several prostitutes.
Is this him? Or is it just some random person who happens to be innocently driving behind another vehicle? Who knows? But the woman narrating the video seems to be freaked out very easily...There's lots of speculation on the interwebs about whether the van in this video... more
