So there was something that caught my eye when I was checking out the new posters from BATTLE: LOS ANGELES. I couldn’t help but notice something in the background in the last poster. Something in the background was really catching my eye. Upon further inspection, it appeared that what I was looking at was an Alien.

A NeoGAF user snapped a photo on the set of Battle: Los Angeles that is advertising--of all ironic things--the third Resistance game.
Mind you, this isn't anything that new and could just be a subtle in-joke from Sony about the two projects. Resistance involves an alternate, more sci-fi take on World War II, whereas Battle: Los Angeles is about a platoon battling an alien force in...well, guess.
Kind of a fun in-joke, but very possibly a red herring, much like Warner Brothers pulled in I Am Legend, providing multiple posters and billboards for Superman/Batman movies and even a Green Lantern film.
