For years, I have heard about women and stylists smuggling L'Oreal Elnett into the states like contraband. This magical hairspray, known for holding complicated hairdos or soft natural styles in place without getting sticky and hard was once banned in the US due to the use of ozone-damaging fluorocarbon propellants. Thankfully, the product has been tweaked and now Elnett is sold in drug stores everywhere. Recently, we had the chance to try this product ourselves, and I can honestly say I am now hooked. Thank god this stuff is now legal!

Lindsay Lohan's successful leggings line, 6126 will expand to include cosmetics, handbags, shoes, and jewelry in 2011. Key fabrics will include her two favorites leather and lace (isn't that a song?). The expanded line is expected to sell in stores that currently sell her collection including Neiman Marcus and Bloomingdales. Personally, we love leggings, and yes even jeggings. Hanging out with Karl Largerfeld must have really made an impression on Lily. Yesterday the singer announced she plans to take a break from her music career to focus on a fashion business this spring. Here is the twist, she will not be designing clothes, but renting them out to the public. Allen plans on calling her future shop "Lucy in Disguise". It will be a joint venture with her sister and the store will lend "occasional" clothes to women for a fraction of the item's retail price. "It's about making fashion democratic," Allen said. "It's about getting really nice clothes but letting people rent them for affordable prices, so they can go out and feel like a million dollars, and it won't cost them a million dollars." Personally, I have a love - hate relationship with sneakers. However, the PUMA kicks on sale at ideeli today have won my heart. The AMQ London shown above is a personal favorite.
