The papers gave a rundown of the prescription drugs Murphy had at her disposal. Under the toxicology section of the papers, a breakdown is given of what drugs were found in her system and where they found them: in her stomach was Propranolol, Hydrocodone, Phenazopyridine, Fluoxetine, Dextromethorphan, Chlorpheniramine, in her urine and in her blood/heart methamphetamines were found.RadarOnline.com

Director: Brittany Murphy was warned about husband Simon Monjack but did not listen
Brittany Murphy was warned several times before her death about husband Simon Monjack’s alleged fraudulent activities, but she reportedly refused to listen.
Monjack vehemently denied his detractors’ numerous allegations, however, telling London’s Daily Mail that he’s been a target ever since he met Murphy at a party three years ago before marrying her in May 2007.

LOS ANGELES – The Los Angeles County coroner’s office says it has completed an autopsy of Brittany Murphy but will defer releasing a cause of death until after toxicology tests are complete.
It says there was no evidence of trauma to Murphy’s body.
Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter says the autopsy was completed Monday.
Murphy died Sunday after collapsing in the bathroom of her Hollywood Hills home. Winter says her family told coroner’s investigators she had been suffering from flu-like symptoms in the days before her death.
