In a shocking and gruesome incident, a 75-year-old woman was raped and killed at her residence in Chandigarh. She was the mother-in-law of Punjab's advocate general Rupinder Khosla.Police have not succeeded to catch the culprits and a detail of the incident is yet to come. The victim was staying in the posh sector 21 locality of Chandigarh.
