When I was made aware of the Sibel Edmonds case and these Turkish Business interests with their deep US Government connections. Turkish agents embedded inside our FBI & Department of Defense, as well as high ranking paid US Political operatives she names inside the White House. That was a huge turning point for us!!!

I am a victim of theft. I am here by necessity, fighting forces much lager than us.
Before we were aware of what Sibel was doing... We have been trying to understand the last six years... and wondering why both the FBI and DOJ had done nothing! Only to witness to what appeared to be open "Judicial Corruption" by a sitting Superior Court Judge in the California court room. We watched as we were systematically and openly denied our constitutional rights to our attorney and to trial for the crimes committed against us.
That has opened our eyes and gave us the answers to our questions of WHY and WHO and... the reasons behind why these people (the defendants) continued to attack us and now both our corporations without any fear of the Police or the FBI. Openly continuing these attacks and breaking federal Laws repetitively for the next six years.

But unknown to us, the ultimate theft was yet to happen...
THE DENIAL OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT TO OUR ATTORNEY.
After six years, winning in Federal Court and winning two summery Judgments... Out of nowhere a new judge appeared, a judge that was substituted into our case as our trial judge “Judge Barbara Miller" mysteriously disappeared. Like a scene from a bad movie from the first moment I was in front of Judge True he seemed hell-bent on one mission. A mission to destroy our case! I then watched him on April 10th reversing Judge Millers decisions and destroying our case after six years... Right in front of our eyes... It just didn't seem real! This type of stuff isn't supposed to happen.
On August 04, 2009, John M. True took all that all away from all of us when he ruled from the bench... his own twisted version of the law, (1) denying our right to our attorney and then (2) demanded that I represent my own case in court as Pro Se. " I told him NO! That I couldn't do that because, I Am Not An Attorney, (3) I am Not qualified nor I want to be an Attorney, and (4) That we already have an Attorney.! Judge True III replied: [quote] "That if I said that YOU would have to represent yourself - Then... that's exactly what you will have to do!... SO, DEAL WITH IT-!!!!" . [end quote].
By doing that Judge John M. True III denied us our Constitutional Right to equal justice under the law and also our right to trial.
After six years of hell in our search for Justice.... Watching our Television Broadcast businesses G.A.P. International and our WIN-TV Television Network all intentionally targeted and destroyed by the Defendants. My once perfect credit now - Ruined... My bank accounts - Liened... My corporations now all - in Default. All of my good friends and family that believed in WIN-TV and invested in me and, what we were doing. We never could have imagined that someone would commit such theft(s) against us, then continue to attack us and hack and steal our email to & from our investors... targeting our cash flow until... it was too late.
Today, I find myself looking back after six years of living this nightmare. It seemed that the only thing that I had left directly after the theft, was this one thing... My deep (but false) embedded belief that "in the end, that Justice would prevail." With that belief,
I moved forward spending over $1,00000.00 in legal fees in the last six years in our search of justice..
BUT, THE BIG QUESTION IS:
What kind of people feel that they are above the law?
What kind of people would find it so important to intentionally destroy the lives of so many people and destroy not one corporation...
What kind of people, stage a gangland style attack three hours after we threatened legal action, by attacking our other corporation WIN-TV?
What kind of people feel that they are above the law?

MEDIA ALERT: = THE NEWS YOU DON'T SEE IN THE USA !!!!
Today our television media news in the USA is a joke - The News coverage to the American people is nonexistent causing it's population to argue nonsense topics amongst themselves... Blinded with nonsense, and fueled with distractions it is easy to divide a population and control a population.
It should be a wake-up call: When the people outside of our US borders know more about what happening inside our country than it's own citizens do.... Then we should all realize that we have a big problem! The Main stream Media ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC & FOX...all design what news you watch and listen to.
The insert a large amount of "Fluff Stories" and edit out many topics = NOT reported and NOT broadcast.
The citizens have lost their independent media... The Media has been taken over and is controlled by Corporations .... The Corporations decide what you hear in the news...
QUESTION: Why do you think Julian Assange & Wilkleaks was targeted and Attacked and insulted by the media? Because if the media were doing their jobs... Wikileaks wouldn't have any secrets to leak! The media is not doing their jobs.

AMERICA TODAY.... Time to Follow the Money!
As we all now all look around us... Look at all the hard working American families all being foreclosed on and forced out into the streets as the Corporate Royalty award Billions to themselves as; A Job Well done! 1.3 million more foreclosures scheduled in 2011 to come! Look at all of us today....We all sit fighting between ourselves for only the basic fundamental things in life like affording to buy (safe food to eat), healthcare, a warm place to live to sleep at night....or an affordable good education for our Children....
If we are fighting amongst ourselves.....We all don't see that all we are only fighting for the crumbs left after the 98% of our countries wealth has been stolen and hoarded by the ultra Wealthiest 2-3%.... I guess that is the plan....if we are so busy arguing with ourselves we are not looking up and seeing what is really going on.... Maybe it time we all look up and ~ Follow the Money!
Okay now what?
So now we all go back to sleep? Back to business as usual & doing nothing?
Doing nothing is stupid!
Doing something is courageous...

Wikileaks is a global "Virus Protection Software" that has shown all of us that our systems are infected.... That there is a trojan virus running in the background - doing things against the interests of the People of the Country that the government is mandated to represent.
This is a real wake-up call for people everywhere.... that Corporations have taken over all our government systems... Stealing all our freedoms and making us slaves of their corporate system.

30,000 indigenous Ecuadorians fight for compensation against Texaco (now Chevron), accused of 3 decades of massive toxic dumping in the Amazon. The damage long done... We watch today as the indigenous people of that land stand up to Chevron to get restitution for their destroyed environment after Chevron's/Texaco's decades of open deliberate ecological misdeeds.
What do we all get in return?

Mountain View California // Friday 13th 2010 >>
Google's California Headquarters was the target of a protest against Google's controversial proposal with made Verizon to alter how data and is treated over the internet. The protest was attended by national and international news media and press. The protest was organized by an association of groups supporting "Network Neutrality". The protestors were well armed with boxes filled with OVER 300,000 PETITIONS supporting "a free and open internet". And warned Goolgle and others with similar thoughts, that this was only a sample of the overwhelming support of an open and free internet and Net-Neutrality." The Groups spokesman: James Rucker (co-founder of ColorofChange.org) staged the protest at Google's HQ, in a targeted attempt to make Google "re-think" their bold and controversial proposal made with Verizon and presented to the FCC.
The Petitions presented by the protestors to Google were cordially accepted by Google's representatives.

"First Native American Television Network to be launched soon... World Indigenous Network gives back native voice.
CORTE MADERA CA / World Indigenous Network ( WIN-Tv ) is an idea that was born into the mind of Gérard Angé two and a half years ago. He has invested over a million dollars of his own money into an innovative concept that is sure to cause much-deserved hype among Native Americans as well as non-natives.
World Indigenous Network, or Win-TV, is the first national 24-hour satellite and cable based American Indian television network. It could be up and running in less than three months after funding. The network will feature all aspects of indigenous life, including but certainly not limited to news, music, dance, sports, politics, religion, food, and tribal issues. Mr. Ange’ believes that the network will “give all indigenous peoples back a voice that was ripped away from them”.
Win-TV will feature several shows that will provide information, entertainment, and education all from a native standpoint. Some shows planned for the network include Good Morning Native America, the Native American’s version of the popular Good Morning America; Native America Talking, a Larry King-ish talk show on Native issues, All Native Sportscene, Kids Korner, the first children’s program targeted at Native American youngsters, and Medicine Wheel, a show that targets the unique health needs of indigenous people. These are only a few of many programs that will benefit viewers in all aspects of living.
Win-Com, the company’s retail division will have five separated parts: shop-at-home, eCommerce, catalog sales, merchandising, and retail outlets. These five divisions will work cumulatively to stimulate business for native people and native businesses, as well as provide marketing platforms to demonstrate native arts, crafts, and talents in a larger, more mainstream market.
Win-Com will also provide a way for non-Native Americans to receive a sincere look into native life and culture without movies, or history books. Finally, Win-Com should positively boost the company’s reputation through sales of apparel and other products that will carry the company logo.
The primary goal of Win-TV is to give Native Americans back a voice that has been long lost, although much deserved. Mr. Ange hopes to provide an “exchange between nations” through the networking of native ideas and platforms among other cultures."
