The art of the teaser is something best left to spectacle and CGI flash, at least if the Iron Man 2 footage and Avatar teasers have taught the mainstream anything. But like a coy little troublemaker, Christopher Nolan returns to remind us that things don't have to be cookie cutter--even a teaser trailer!
His next film, Inception, is more a mystery wrapped in a gift box from Edward Nigma. No one can tell you what it's about since no one seems to know, which tends to work in Nolan's favor.
Of course, this teaser at least proves he's a big Jamiroquai fan. Inception will open sometime in Summer 2010.

Oh Tuesday, you're like Monday but I actually remember to do work on this day. Except now there's a rumor that Josh Brolin may take the spot meant for Javier Bardem, David Cronenberg is adapting Don DeLillo and the video-game-to-film adaptation of Castlevania has a new director. Join me below.
Brolin supposedly was offered the lead villain role yesterday, but no one confirms. If Finke is saying it though...[DHD]

Today, my favorite stories over at Current.com/Movies including news of another 3D remake, edible James Bond and proof that the Bruno "mishap" from last night's MTV Movie Awards was a well-timed scam. Even if it was repeated.

Sure, this wasn't on Current.com, but that's because you guys have to clip something cool when you see it. I saw it, I tweeted and still nothing. Even Current Comedy got on it!
So yes, it was a bit conjured up by one of the writers, Scott Aukerman, and we think we'd like to see more from him. Especially the Paul Rudd thing. The winter clothes bit was awesome.
Anyway, that's today! See you tomorrow!

After yesterday's horror that there was an Alien remake in the works, Collider confirmed that it's in fact a remake when they grabbed Tony Scott outside of a junket for The Taking of Pelham 123. It'll be directed, however, by Carl Rinsch. Go figure.
