This week on HIGH SOCIETY HIGH, MA PC is threatened with violence after hedging about spending half a million dollars on her son's possible gay marriage, which seems like a spin-off for a new reality TV series to us!
On HIGH SOCIETY, we learn that it's not safe to be socially solo in NYC. That's why Tinsley and her mom Dale suck face with random guys onscreen to vamp up themselves up; PJC contemplates a Star Jones style wedding if his Sugar Momma does not cough up higher "disbursements" the needs to win and wed Tommy; and Devorah is caught like a deer in headlights by Tinsley and her Motley Crew to set up what promises to be an explosive season finale next week.

On HIGH SOCIETY, Devorah's declaration of war against Tinsley gains momentum during her absence, while PJC antagonizes Jules with black roses to officially signal the end of her rule of tyranny. But things aren't so rosy in PJC's personal life, especially when Tommy questions his motives.

Somehow, and I don’t know how, I have been swooped up in High Society nonsense. And nonsense it is. Here’s the rub…as in rubbing out. How can we get rid of Jules Kirby and that silly Paul Johnson Calderon. Oh, and also that sad model type of sobbing queen who actually has a crush on “PJC” a.k.a. Pussy Johnson Cat. Is model-boy, in fact, a brilliant method actor that will emerge from High Society the only victor? Nah. He’s just a garden variety wanna-be buzzing around a honey-less nest in hopes of getting you-know-what…minutes. Last night’s episode officially made me not care what would ever happen to Jules Kirby. Her gross baboon-ish behavior brings out the most deep rooted thoughts of wrongness. I don’t like that she wakens such a sleeping giant…it goes against all my Spiritual Aerobics. Alas…there I go…wishing her all sorts of tarring and feathering…and much worse. And now that I mention it, tarring and feathering would look really good on Pussy Johnson Cat too. It would be very like one of his downtown designer’s recent collections.
Onto the ensuing war. I decided to get behind Devorah Rose, in the whole Tinsley Mortimer versus Devorah drama. Especially after seeing The Tinz running after that horrendous wanna-be German princess. Granted, the boo-hooing, “Marmy, Marmy” thing was some kind of attempt to salvage her bad choices, but that initial error in judgment puts me on Team Devorah. For the record, I am firm believer in never telling the press what amount of money you are wearing of borrowed jewelry. Surely, I will have to have a coffee with Devorah to explain the Golden Age of Hollywood.Somehow, and I don’t know how, I have been swooped up in High Society nonsense.... more
