Uncle Scam & the Current Administration released their 1st album (or half of their 1st album "XX - 2010 Volume I") on 4-20-2010 and it is 100% FREE. I love to see upcoming artists giving away their music it shows that they care more about the art of it all than the money. It's a shame there are not more bands like this one.
