People can't stop discussing the controversial Arizona Immigration Law. America has not been used to the reactionary politics applied by Jan Brewer. But maybe it's high time to stop the constant abuse of American hospitality?
The American society is splitted into two parts...and evidences of both hold water. People expect Obama to react.
The President sends troops to guard Arizona borders however will it change Arizona firm stance?
Or Arizona Immigration Law is a pure fight against acting President and Democrats rather than with the illegals?

Illegal immigration continues to be a controversial and divisive matter, not only in the United States, but throughout the world. The illegal immigrant population of the United States in 2008 was estimated by the Center for Immigration Studies to be about 11 million people, with 560 000 of them residing in Arizona. Arizona Senate Bill 1070 (or simply SB 1070) signed by the governor of Arizona Jan Brewer on April 23, 2010 makes it a crime to violate some federal immigration statutes and authorizes local police to determine whether people are in the country legally. The act is scheduled to go into effect on July 28, 2010, ninety days after the end of the legislative session.
Being the strictest anti-illegal immigration measure in the United States in decades, the bill received national attention and spurred controversy among the society. The move unleashed immediate protests and the divisive battle over immigration reform nationally. The law opponents consider it to be a recipe for racial and ethnic profiling.
A referendum launched on April 28 could put Arizona's tough new law on hold until 2012 if organizers can gather more than 76,000 signatures needed to get the measure on the ballot.
Most Latinos condemn SB 1070, while only 20% of non-Latinos oppose it according to an Associated Press-Univision Poll. A resounding majority of Latinos say that illegal immigrants are a boon, not a burden to the country. However the most non-Latinos consider illegal immigrants to be a drain on society.

The CATO institute is hardly a left wing organization. Seems Illegals are less likely to commit crimes and Arizona is experiencing lower crime rates since the illegal population has grown.

State Senator Caught Looking at Porn During Debate
May 3rd, 2010
Austin Cassidy
The Jacksonville Observer
State Senator Mike Bennett, a Republican from Bradenton, might want to find something else to do while his colleagues are discussing actual business. It seems that Bennett was caught late last week having a look at some topless females on his laptop while other Senators were debating a controversial abortion bill.
Later in the footage it shows him watching what appears to be a video of a dog.

Common Sense vs. Political Correctness
Driver’s License Tests in English Only – a Public Safety Issue
“It makes common sense to ensure everyone with an Alabama driver’s license knows and understands traffic laws and traffic signs. Offering driver’s tests in 12 other foreign languages may be politically correct, but it’s not in the public’s interest to license people to drive when they can’t read traffic signs. On a practical note, people who learn our language enable themselves to take better advantage of opportunities – cultural, economic and educational,” says Tim James.
