Jackson County Ga DFCS snatched these three children in 2008 - they accused the mother of deprivation however, she has never been charged in a criminal court. On June 28,2010 Alice Samantha Thomason goes in front of Judge Kevin Guidry in Jackson County Ga Juvenile Court to fight for her children after Rebecca Boles from CASA demanded they be adopted out - The mother's only crime- she is poor and lives a County whose unemployment rate is 11.9% higher than the national average. Jackson County has not done anything they were supposed to do to reunify this family under the Title IV Funding which is under the blanket of Adoption and Safe Families act signed by Jimmy Carter in 1976 and then ratified in 1996 by Bill Clinton.
All across the country Child Protective Services snatches children and uses them to fill their coffers with the money they get from Title IV Funding. Each of these girls are worth at least $6,000.00 each to the Jackson County DFCS office. They are also worth that much to Judge Guidry's court. That is how much they will get if these children are adopted out. The case worker Felica Johnson will also get a bonus and the county office will receive a bonus on top of the $18,000.00 if they meet their goal of children adopted out in a month.
All across the country CPS is selling our children for profit. As the economy gets wrose the thefts will grow. This abuse is from the top of the government down.
Foster parents pay no taxes on the money they earn from having these three girls in their home. Last year off the backs of these three girls the foster care provider earned at least $16,962.00 which was tax free. If these children are adopted the new family will earn at least that much each month until the children are 18. They will be able to deduct at least $15,000.00 off their taxes as adoption fees under Title IV Funding.

Parents are not allowed due process, they are not charged in criminal court and are not allowed to access to discovery, or to cross examine those who have accused them.
Money is made off the backs of the children in direct violation of the 13th amendment "No man shall be held in Slavery..." These kids are bought and sold like a used car. .Jackson County Ga DFCS snatched these three children in 2008 - they accused the mother... more
