The implementation of QR Codes on Missing Children Posters by National Missing Children / People Program Services and non-government organizations (NGO) can help the public to disseminate and share information directly from a printed wall mounted missing poster, displayed in many box stores, supermarkets and at borders crossings across United States and in Canada, onto online social networking groups. The use of this Mobil technology will help to find missing children or missing people world-wide.
The use of QR 2D Matrix Codes on marketing materials, advertisements or posters, eliminates the need to manually write down or type into a smartphone the URL displayed and instantly connects the user to information or online content such as websites, vCards, Youtube Video's, URL's, Facebook, Twitter or can even Downloads Files.
Stephen Watkins, a father searching for his two international Missing / Abducted sons, is making the suggestion to the RCMP and National Missing Children NGO's in Canada to incorporate and implement the new QR CODE barcode technology on all National Missing Children / People Posters.
Mr. Watkins has not seen or heard from his two sons in over 2-years. Alexander & Christopher Watkins were Internationally Abducted into the United States then to Europe by their non-custodial Mother, Edyta ( Ustaszewski / Ustaszewska ) Watkins. She used a Canceled / Revoked Canadian Passport to enter the United States and then board an airline and fly to Germany with the boys. She may have been possibly assisted by her father, the boy's grandfather, who is currently appearing before the Criminal Courts in Ontario, Canada. Police believe the boys are still in Europe and possibly in the countries of Poland, German or Austria. There have been NO reported sightings and they can be anywhere in Europe.
"I desperately need the Publics help to locate my missing sons. I am hoping that QR CODES will help make it easier for the Public to share my son's information."
This new technology, along with social online networking in addition that we know North Americans are adopting Smartphones faster than any other form of mobile device, provides the ability to share Missing Children / People cases right from a printed "Missing Children Poster" which has been same since the first poster was created in 1874 for Charlie Brewster Ross.
This improves the current Missing Children / Person Poster format which has been around for over 100 years and integrates it with today's technology.
"It is a parents worst nightmare and there is almost nothing worst than having your children go missing."

News & Interviews: Grandfather charged in International Child Abduction and "A FATHERS SEARCH" for his two Canadian missing children. ALEXANDER & CHRISTOPHER WATKINS, were abducted internationally from Canada into the United State then to Europe with the use of a "Canceled" Canadian Passport by the non-custodial Mother, Edyta ( Ustaszewski / Ustaszewska ) Watkins. The Grandfather has been charged for assisting in the International Child Abduction. The children are still missing after 21-months. The Abducting mother's Canadian Passport has been confirmed Canceled by the Ontario Government and confirmed by the Ombudsman of Passport Canada 42-Days prior to the abduction of the Watkins Children.
Their grandfather, Tadeusz (TED) Ustaszewski is charged by York Regional Police (YRP) with assisting in this International Child Abduction and the children's disappearance.
The children's Canadian Passports were Ordered by the Courts to be handed over repeatedly, with the non-custodial Mother refusing to comply.
Their father, Stephen Watkins, had been granted a FINAL Sole Custody Order by the Ontario Courts on January 26, 2009 after a long custody trial and his sons had been living with him full time since 2007 when the Courts and the Toronto Catholic Children's Aid Society apprehended the children from the Mothers care.
The two Watkins boys are STILL missing.

ALEXANDER WATKINS: White male. Born on June 7, 2001. Brown hair, blue eyes. He has a small round scar on the left side of his neck. His nickname is "Alex" or "Alek" in Polish. He has been diagnosed with High Functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorder and will have behavioral, possible anger management and social skills issues. Was seven at the time.
CHRISTOPHER WATKINS: White male. Born on April 1, 2004. Sandy blond hair, blue/gray/green eyes. His nickname is "Chris" and he may use the alias names "Krzysztof" or "Krzys". Was four at the time.
Both children speak fluent English and Polish, may travel on Polish passports, are citizens of Canada and have been diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder.

White (Canadian / Polish) female. Born on November 17, 1973. Light red/brown hair, blue eyes. She has a tattoo on her lower back and a tattoo of a scorpion on front waist. She may have cut her hair short and dye it blond. Dual citizen of Canada & Poland. Speaks English, Polish, German, & French. She may go by her maiden name, " Ustaszewski / Ustaszewska " or use the alias first name "Edith" or "Alexandra". Has worked as a Unionized actress (ACTRA Canada) and a Talent Agent. Was thirty-four at the time.
Their father, Stephen Watkins, and Edyta were separated in 2004 and shared joint custody of the children until they were removed from her care by Order of the Family Courts and by the Catholic Children's Aid Society on November 21, 2007 due to physical and mental abuse. They were then placed with their father in 2007, who was then granted a final Sole Custody by the Courts after a long trial on January 26, 2009. Edyta's Father picked up the children on March 6th, 2009 to facilitate a weekend visitation with their mother. Edyta's Father drove Edyta and the boys to Rochester, New York on March 8th, 2009 and from there took a flight to Germany. Edyta's Father returned back to Canada the same day. Edyta, Alexander & Christopher Watkins have not been seen again. Edyta had been Ordered to turn over in the children's' Canadian Passports by the Courts multiple times but never surrendered them.
EDYTA ( Ustaszewski / Ustaszewska ) WATKINS Canadian Passport was confirmed canceled 42-days prior to the children abduction due to Provincial Enforcement measures. U.S. Homeland Security confirmed all three traveled on Canadian Passports. An INTERPOL "RED NOTICE" has been issued by the Canadian Government seeking the arrest and extradition of the abducting Mother. INTERPOL "YELLOW NOTICES" have been issued for information on the whereabouts of the Watkins boys. The RCMP has placed Edyta ( Ustaszewski ) Watkins on the RCMP's Canada's Most Wanted List. The RCMP announced on May 25th, 2010 that the Watkins Child Abduction is one-of-five worst International Child Abduction cases in 2009.
The Watkins Missing Children may be in Poland, Germany, Austria or France. Her family in Poland denies any knowledge of her whereabouts. They are considered at risk because of their mother's history of abuse.

On March 6th 2009 on a court ordered weekend visit, Alexander & Christopher Watkins were abducted by their non-custodial Mother, Edyta ( Ustaszewski ) Watkins, and her Father, Tadeusz Ustaszewski, who has been arrested and charged in Canada for assisting in the abduction of the Watkins boys out of Canada into the United States.

I am living the nightmare that NO parent wishes to ever have to deal with and it has been an upward battle in every way possible.
Edyta abducted our children using the children's Canadian Passports which were Ordered by the Courts to be returned. She entered the USA with the children, boarded an Airline and illegally entered GERMANY using her own "Canceled" Canadian Passport.
U.S. Homeland Security have confirmed that Edyta Ustaszewska - Watkins and the boys - then ages 7 and 4 – boarded a flight to Germany. They have not been heard from since and are believed to be in Poland, Austria, Germany or somewhere in Europe.
In the case, custom officers in the United States and Germany in addition to the Northwest / Delta Airlines, failed to ensure that the abducting parents’ Canadian passport was valid, as it had been cancelled by the Canadian Government and confirmed suspended 42-days prior to the abduction on January 26, 2009.
NO Amber Alerts were issued for the Watkins boys abduction case as it was deemed by York Regional Police as being “too late" as U.S. Homeland Security indicated that the boys had already been abducted into the United States and then flown to Europe on the weekend of March 6, 2009 during a Court Ordered weekend access with their non-custodial mother.
In a letter received to me by the Ombudsmen of Passport Canada, she states that it is the fault of foreign Immigration Control, in this case the United States Border Services and the country of Germany, for not checking the validity of the Canadian documents. Unfortunately, it was communicated to me by employees of Canadian Foreign Affairs on May 25th, 2010 that there is NO system or shared database in place which can be used to verify if a nations Passport has been flagged as "Canceled" / "Revoked".
I am very frustrated with all the news about border security, electronic passports and body scanners in Canada and the United States, when ANOTHER major security risk is being ignored and going unpublished and has yet to be brought to the attention to the Media and to the North American public. This is hard to believe, but true….
Are you aware, while you are traveling, acquiring airline tickets, passing through the T.S.A in the United States / Canadian Airport Security in Canada and Customs Immigration on international flights, NO ONE is actually electronically checking to see if you passport is "Valid" or to see if it has been “Canceled” / “Revoked” by the issuing country?
So with all the hype of the body scanners, e-Passports and people trying to enter our country, people are using their “Canceled” / “Revoked” passports originally issued by their country, the United States or Canadian Passport Office, then Canceled / Revoked by a State / Province due to a Criminal Conviction or State / Provincial Government Enforcement Measure, and traveling to where ever they wish without being detected.
So the main issue here is once a country issues a passport, its good to use to EXIT the country and ENTER another country until it expires as NO ONE actually checks it electronically against any shared database. I would not advise re-entering the same country that the passport was issued and then Canceled or Flagged as Border Security Control DOES have the ability to verify if it is valid.
This story should open your eyes due to the fact that the next time you are flying, the person sitting next to you might be a convicted felon, a terrorist, an abducted child or human being trafficked. Their passports may have been “Canceled” / “Revoked” by the same or another country, but NO security agency at any point has even electronically checked to verify if the passport is still “VALID” at any point of travel.
Past discussions between myself and the FAA, US Homeland Security and Canada Border Services due to the International Abduction of my children, ALEXANDER & CHRISTOPHER WATKINS has resulted in identifying a major North American national security risks due to the fact that all airlines / border crossings in North America are NOT mandated to VERIFY the validity of a travelers Passport even if it has been "Canceled"/ "Revoked" by the issuing country.
Please HELP by sharing this story and video and getting media support in order to address this National Security issue which has YET to be reported in the United States or in Canada.
