Stephen Colbert is no fan of unicyclists.
Specifically, the Colbert Report host is wary of Kyle Peterson, who recently sued New York City to allow him to ride his unicycle on the sidewalk.
Local ordinances ban bicycles from riding on sidewalks, but they define them as two or three wheeled vehicles. Peterson was none the less issued a ticket for riding on the sidewalk in 2007.
