The government of Georgia not only brought physical and emotional harm to my family but they refuse to pay for those injuries. I took part in a documentary called LAWLESS AMERICA THE MOVIE. It is a film about government corruption. The local news media would not cover anyone's story of government corruption in the state of Georgia so Bill Windsor decided to cover those stories himself, not only did he cover the Georgia victims stories of government corruption, mine included, he is now traveling all 50 states to get stories from around the US.

The state of Georgia is very corrupt they have committed a tort and discriminated against my family and they refuse to pay the claim I brought against their state of Georgia agency, oh they can afford to pay the claim but they don't want to because they are crooked and do not care about the harm they did to this minority family. Even so I will still continue to fight for justice until my family gets justice.
GEORGIA DOAS MUST RE-OPEN MY CLAIM FOR RE-INVESTIGATION BECAUSE THEIR INSURED GA DCA ATTEMPTED SETTLEMENT WITH ME IN APRIL 2012 AND THAT ACT IS ACCEPTING LIABILITY. Here is the email I sent back to GA DCA's insurer after I received an email from GA DOAS stating they refuse to re-open my insurance claim for re-investigation when they know that GA DCA is liable and the previous adjuster was partial to the state of Georgia, they have to re-open and re-investigate and they can't go by what an adjuster said in 2011 because that adjuster never told me why she denied the claim she just said they won't accept liability...THAT is not good enough GA DOAS better give me a REASON why because just saying no is not good enough in insurance investigations, I am gonna keep on demanding they re-open my claim until they re-open my claim and do the right thing and pay the claim to compensate my family for what their insured GA DCA in Tort and Discrimination:SEE EMAIL

Fact: HUD does not handle torts.
HUD does not have authority to decide if a tort / personal injury has been comitted against a party. I can however use the HUD email as evidence of GA DCA attempting settlement with me thru a HUD official being a third party in settlement talks this proves that no one forced GA DCA to get involved in settlement attempts with me, it was a 100% voluntary act by GA DCA officials to attempt settlement, this very
fact validates my claims that GA DCA attempted to settle my same claims of tort and discrimination that Pat Sanders denied back in 2011.
GA DCA on their own accepted liability for my family's tort and even the discrimination claims the day they tried to settle my claims against them in April 2012. That is strong evidence enough to have my claim reopened, GA DCA acknowledged they were liable, no government office would never ever attempt settlement if they were not liable for the claims brought against them, the landlord of that rental home in
Bremen, GA allowed "GA DCA to inspect his home in order for GA DCA to determine if his rental home was safe for my family to live in under the HQS, Karen Loveless's job was to find dangers within that home, she inspected the home twice and missed serious issues in the home and on the property BEFORE we moved in, Karen Loveless in her failure to inspect the home properly made GA DCA liable for her negligence and or incompetence by signing a rental contract with the landlord deeming his home safe for my family to move in when in fact it was not safe.
LaRuth Holloway stated that the home did not meet even the minimum housing quality standard HQS while we we living in the home due to LaRuth Holloway not issuing a 24 hr voucher to move something she should have done since the home had major safety issues, this is the same rental Karen Loveless inspected and passed as safe. This is also the same rental home that Karen Loveless spoke to LaRuth Holloway about in the email message in which she stated:
" I am not a septic tank specialist and I would not know if one is working correctly or not", that was Loveless's job to know if the septic is working correctly, and to see if mold was present due to leaks in the home, and find any other hazard in the home, it was her job, not mine, and she did not do the job required of her and with that she put my family in a dangerous rental and brought liability on GA DCA, liability GA DCA even acknowledge and tried to compensate thru settlement talks with me. LaRuth Holloway on the other hand made GA
DCA liable the day she attempted to cover up the wrong doings of those 4 employees she supervised, both of these issues of tort and discrimination were exactly what GA DCA attempted settlement with me for, they knew they were liable for personal injury and also discrimination by some of its employees. GA DCA knew that actual physical injury was brought on my family thru acts of its employees.
Fact: The state of Georgia accepted liability the day (GA) DCA
attempted to settle my claim against them in April 2012 thru
settlement talks concerning my claims against GA DCA from 2009 and 2010 for tort and discrimination, claims that also included personal injury in that GA DCA caused my youngest child injury and aggravated my pre-existing medical conditions all are tort claims GA DCA were aware of when they attempted settlement with me in April 2012.
(GA) DOAS has no other choice but to reopen my claim against GA DCA and also include the fact my child is now on permanent medication for breathing issues due to GA DCA employee negligence and and the fact that GA DCA exposed my child to septic gas and mold spore when she was
6 years old and while her lungs were still developing.
As GA DCA's insurer GA DOAS has an obligation to compensate the very same claims your insured attempted to settle with me in April 2012. Again I am requesting that you reopen the claim I have against GA DCA.

All over America today, desperate people are doing desperate things. As the economy continues to crumble, the American people are starting to become very frustrated. Millions have lost their homes and millions have lost their jobs. As hopelessness and despair rise, an increasing number of Americans are turning to crime or are lashing out in unpredictable ways. Many parts of America are rapidly turning into lawless hellholes. In some of the areas that have been the hardest hit by the declining economy, police forces are being severely cut back and desperate criminals are being given a lot of freedom to roam. In fact, in some major cities (such as Oakland, California), the police have announced that there are certain types of crime that they will not even respond to any more. For a couple of decades, crime had been steadily declining in the United States, but now we are seeing very disturbing reports from all over the nation of desperate people doing desperate things as they scramble to survive or as they vent their frustrations. If the examples that you are about to read are any indication, then America is headed down a very dark path. All over America today, desperate people are doing desperate things. As the economy... more
