i make enemies online all the time already. luckily, my new 2008 online alter-ego is really nice, intelligent, mature, genuine, and sexy (a total opposite of my real self).
-i was a TOM imposter for several hours once promoting a dance party i was djing. i posted as if i was TOM telling everyone how awesome pressrecord really is and to go to his show. it worked. now everyone hates me.-

I haven't deleted Tom, because I feel like I may lose some ground as far as myspace is concerned.

I can understand your points of view chaps but the problem with this is people are too keen to add people that they arent actually in any way affiliated to.
I have never had any problem with facebook (this might be cause I am 26 however) and havent really known of anyone who has experienced trouble with it.
I just make sure i keep it to people i know in real life, have met, and trust. Simple, surely?

Hitler probably would have done well on hatebook. I'm sure he probably had the most enemies to put on there.....nice do too!
