Love it - sweet guy, and Mashable's a great site. No need to stamp your foot about whether there were toys in offices or not before Google. Not really a big deal.

As a veteran of about a dozen startups in SF, listen to this guy with a grain of salt. He is 22 and says many things that show he doesn't know much about the history of startups. Google started the trend of toys in the office???? Really? I must have dreamed of the startups I worked for before Google that had toys and ping-pong tables. But he is in the target demographic so think of him as a free focus group member. But has no knowledge of the inner workings of these companies and the forces that shape them.
