Free energy coming? US Patent 7291944 - Electromagnetic engine

YourMothersMilk
US Patent 7291944 - Electromagnetic engine

US Patent Issued on November 6, 2007

The electromagnetic engine operates by having the solenoids receive input power from an external electrical power source and providing output power to the output shaft. The magnets include four outer magnets and four inner magnets. The inner magnets have magnetic forces that oppose the magnetic forces of the outer magnets. Electrical power provided to the solenoids causes the solenoids to oscillate the outer magnets. Springs provide stability and assist the solenoids.

Once the electromagnetic motor has reached operating speed, it generates sufficient electrical energy to continue driving the electromagnetic motor for a period of time. Input energy can be supplied to the solenoids by an auxiliary electrical generator. However, the efficiency of the electromagnetic motor enables the output shaft to perform useful work. Useful work may be in the form of a mechanical attachment to the output shaft for the purpose of driving an auxiliary mechanical device. Alternatively, an electrical generator may be attached directly to the output shaft to provide electrical output energy to other electrical devices.

The device shown in the video is different from the listed patent. Though they both share the same approach to harnessing power from magnetic energy.

    • My Dad described this engine to me all of my life, He passed away 12/18/06. My oldest brother has picked up the torch and has several applications for this energy.
There is no doubt this engine works. John, if you see this count me as a U.S. distributor.

@plusaf; There is nothing wrong with what you are saying. However without confusing the kids out there your explanation that can be found also on books of astronomy and in the Internet still a little vague as to pin point the energy forces that keeps this immense mass rotating on continuing movement. You can say its is orbital forces or gravitational forces. That however still vague as to pin point the energy itself. What I said it is that in my opinion its is a combination of magnetic field energy.

    • I just hope that energy companies don't buy this patent for an ungodly amount of money and kill the invention- if it works. If it does, we'd have to rethink how all kinds of infrastructure would work.

    • This kind of thing; where people sell their patents for amazing things to companies and then they bury them.

Remember Starlight from England? A man came on television years ago to show an invention that he had made because of the Pan Am disaster in Lockerbee Scotland. His daughter died on that flight, he was a chemist. He discovered that most of the people who died; died because of inhaling burning plastic fumes.

So he decided to make a plastic that could not burn.

The demonstrated it on Television back in the late 80's and it was truly amazing to watch.

Then it disappeared along with the inventor. I haven't been able to find anything on the internet about it except for a few articles that referred to the TV show.

His plastic protected a raw egg from cooking with an acetylenes torch held to it for over ten minutes. When they peeled away the plastic, they cracked open the egg and it was still raw.

That Starlight plastic is amazing! And that egg demonstration blew my mind! According to Wikipedia it has had trouble gaining commercial success because of the inventors business decisions but there are claims that he has been working with NASA. This link has some more info.

    • After searching google & yahoo for any information about this video air date, I have no info to share.

http://www.skynews.com.au Doesn't have have a search feature and they don't seem to archive videos online.

I had no luck at http://news.sky.com/ either. Though they have a search feature, various keyword searches brought up nothing.

If anyone else is curious and has any luck, please let me know. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Damn these intertubes!

    • I've seen this on TV before.

It's not really a perptual energy machine per se, it just take advantage of the natural properties of magnets to do some of the work. When one magnet pushes another magnet or pulls a piece of metal toward itself, well, "work" is being done for "free" for the most part, right? Why not take advantage of those magnetic fields and exploit what these magnets are essentially doing for free?

Makes sense to me. I hope they mass produce these things.

In order to have full world rights to an invention, it's necessary to have patents in all countries. That is, if you wish to enforce the patent.

As stated below the video. These are 2 separate devices with similar approaches. Which also shows the importance of filing patents in each country.

ah, ok. thanks for the explanation.

So now... how long will it take to make the change to this electromagnetic engine? How long will it take to get this on the market?
And, couldn't we just hook these up to the grid and shut down our coal fired power plants?

Good God man! You just stumbled onto the 40 Trillion dollar question.

I wouldn't be able to answer any of those. Perhaps you were being rhetorical. In which case, I am an idiot for replying.

Though, the video on Sky News was apparently shot last November, and they said they were planning on having them "for sale" by the end of '08. So we'll see.

But yeah.. Your questions are the big ones.

To start with these Australian inventors do not hold this patent,it belongs to Herman & Kathrine Wilt. They hold two patents for the electro magnetic engine. I don't know why they aired the video of the two Australian inventors with our patent it is misleading.

    • magnets will always repel each other; scientists know that if we can harness this effect, they just don't know how. why is it so questionable that some good folks from australia couldn't figure it out? innovation goes both ways, top-down, bottom-up

      Ionstorm,

I am skeptical too. I want a peer review of these devices asap. As far as perceptual motion being debunked, their are physicists on both sides of the fence. Though machines in the past attempting similar technology have failed peer review or have been fraud.

These 2 guys have an uphill battle against them for sure.

    • I knew it would be possible! I talked about that several times. Just look to our Planet Earth moving around itself without stopping for Years and years. What is that? It is magnetic energy!

Could that be possible that these guys on Universities have been sleeping for all this time through? GOD already invented continuous energy! We just have to imitate it! Now let us hope no one sabotage or buy it to kill it as usual.

When I said; "The Earth rotate around itself" that means around its axis. The reason I did not use the word "axis" it is because you actually cannot see any axis. Sure the Earth also evolves around the Sun, so it is two movements. Rotation and REvolution. Maybe you can tell us what is the energy that keeps the earth gravitational orbiting around itself and around the sun thus creating day and night. I am not making a big deal of it through not so far off from what I am suggesting.
