Type in the right keywords to Google and soon enough you could be in touch with an ex-military killer who offers "discreet, professional services" for £3,000.
Another advert on a Mexican website says "Assassin ex-military professional and discreet. Work guaranteed in 10 days or less. Have worked in Spain. $6,000. Serious requests only" and lists a Hotmail address to contact.
Apparently this has got the police all worked up and they're trying to stop it from happening. Shouldn't they just hire these people and then arrest them on sight?

You do not understand what is happening down here. They advertise in newspapers, place big banners on freeway overpasses. In mexico of course. but I live 8 miles north of the Rio part of the year. There are way too many kidnappings happening down here and a lot of desememered bodies popping up in mexico.
