This was great piece. Really enjoyed it.
I saw the Video Games Live tour in SF which also featured some of the classic video game music.

I thought this was so cool, It takes some good musicians to pull something like that off, an even better ones to do it like this.

Let's not forget that it's legal to get high in Amsterdam.
It sounds sort of like "John Adams LITE"

Could you imagine incorporating a theater play correlated with the actual game music they are playing?

Great stuff - grab yourself a copy of SidPlayer:
http://www.gsldata.se/c64/spw/
...and have a listen to Ocean Loader 5 or the Ghouls and Ghosts theme (particularly), they're mind-blowingly good:

A site where you can play C-64 games online. It's been a while since I played Snokie, Paperboy, Pitfall, Ghosts N Goblins, Boulder Dash, Skatewars, Who Dares Wins, Lode Runner and so on. They're all here!

I had a C-64, 2 1541 floppy drives and a thermal printer. I went on a kick a year or so and wanted to grab one of these historic machines. For some reason I didn't follow through, but it made me nostalgic for the 500 800KB floppies I had acquired via my 300 baud modem pushed to 450 baud. Lots of overnight download sessions to BBSes. And then my parents saw the phone bills and wigged. Ah, the good old days.
