Last.fm reveals best artists, albums & tracks of 2008

Last.fm's 'Best of 2008' list, chronicling the top ten most played artists, albums and songs by the site's users, is out and gives a great indication of what people are listening to right now. At least, what the indie tech fans are into...

Not only can you see trend data for each chart entrant to work out which months that song or band were hottest in, you can even listen to their music while doing so, thanks to embedded tracks on the site. Very nice!
