Basically law's usually say that adults cannot have sex with minors or take pictures of nude minors...Right? Minors usually have the rights to have sex only with other minors (sorry, moronic Oklahoma not included, where both teens are arrested and charged with statutory rape). So, if teens can have sex with each other, then why couldn't they have photos of each other in the nude, for memory sake or creativity or whatever?

What's the big deal if the photos that these kids make ever end up in the hands of porno dealers? All the worse for the porno dealer if they are caught with them! I think that there is no shame for the child later if the photos ever show up in the net after 1 or 2 or 10 or 20 years later. Oh, gee wiz, I waz just a kid and all!)))) Oh wow! How sexy! Probably it will bring cheer to remember how one looked at the prime of youth, before the wrinkles and pot belly set in years later.

The photos will always be dangerous cargo though))) They were made by minors for minors and can be possesed only by minors))) If an adult is caught with such a photo, whoa Nelly!
Unless of course its the subject of the photo themselves when they grow up)))

In many countries all over the world where there is no real control over what goes up on social network sites, teenage girls and boys hang such photos up all the time. Adults join in on the conversation and admire the photos too and are sometimes thier friends on the page. There is no place in the world however where a young person cannot write a complaint to the police that they have a rude gawker coming to thier social network page and making lude comments or inviting them to get more closely acquainted for sex. In that case the police will interfere, and that seems right to me. If an adult downloads the photos, that is already possesion of child pornography and theft of property. Let the kids do what they want, anyway they will have to go to work and meet old age later in life. Why should they be deprived of basic simple freedoms?

Well, we can somehow market on a new website that allows you to send updated naked pictures of oneselves online and receive instant updates! Almost like twitter!

I think it's never a question of them being desperate for a date. Just remember, kids are wiser than adults, it's more like window shopping, showing. To some degree it's an artistic expression , they want to create, and it's a beatiful medium to use. No doubt about it. Yeah, theyare confident because they didn't learn to fear to be naked. They know that nobody will get close to them if they don't want that, and they have quite high standards. By all and all, nudists are know to be quite prudish at times, for obvious reasons.

People just have to realize that there is nothing dirty to sexuality when it's not made dirty specially to be dirty. It's the holiest of all of God's creations. The old religions and cultures of the world taught people to be ashamed of their sexuality as a method of enslaving them. All religions need to be reformed to express the truth that sexuality, sexual freedom is holy too. Responsibility, kindness and respect in sexual expression are what is number one. That is what we need to do, otherwise we dumb down the US's future as a cultureless, penal colony mentality crapbox. Needless to say what we do with the children in the process of fulfilling that witch-hunter's/ inquisitor's sadistic dream.

Politicians and religious leaders are prone to instilling us with low culture sado-mazo for the sake of fulfilling thier short sighted agenda of immediate totalitarian satisfaction. This is more than just teaching children responsibility and maturity. This is teaching them wicked fascist totalitarianism and that might is right. I think that model sucks.....

If any teenagers send you a photo of themselves naked, you always can kindly ask them not to do that anymore and delete it...lol!

Seems a bit harsh to arrest them, presuming it was consensual and they weren't just sending pics of their bits to random, unsuspecting people.

My mate once sent a picture off his d*** to his girlfriend....only to to get a reply from his boss at work saying "I hope for your sake its cold where you are"

Absolute madness! Teens have sex rights! They can't make and send each other photos of themselves naked? Are they also forbidden to have sex or have erotic creativity? Even small children mustn't be reprimanded too harshly for exploring sexuality, otherwise you harm the child's development and leave them with problem's for the rest of thier life! Children and teens need to be protected from exploitation by adults! And I'm not talking about real love in an "uneven" love relationship which does occur occaisionally between teens and adults! Young people need protection from sick adults and criminals! Here the government itself is behaving like a sick criminal!

Oh yeah! Just put all the kids on thorazine, they're all mad and a threat to US domestic psychological operations to manipulate the minds of all Americans from sun up to sun set -and even the publics dreams.

Nobody is luring these kids into a porno studios with candy or ipods for exploitation! They are making photos of themselves! They are distributing them for fun and not money! They are displaying them for thier peers and not the general public!
