Maybe they were a flop because it wasn't marketed well, and nobody bothered to go out and get a pair, so the majority of the country was stuck with that double-vision headache feeling after the commercial break.

Real D rocked in My Bloody Valentine. I remember Captain EO and Amyityville 3D were pretty cool back in the day.

Parts of it were ok, the very first frame with the ball coming at you was pretty good....it went down hill from there.

That was very disappointing, the 3D effect wasn't even perceptible. If they're putting it on television, they should really have put a little more effort in.
