Calif. video game law unconstitutional

An appeal court in California has ruled the law to restrict the sale of violent video games to minors and labeling requirements was dubbed too restrictive and violate free speech.

A lower court finding that the Californian lawmakers fail to produced evidence that violent video games can cause harm to children.

The author of the registration, State Senator Leland Yee, will urge California Attorney General Jerry Brown to appeal against the decision.
