The White House is Blogging: A sneak peak from the green team

The Vice President and his team were in Philly this past Friday for the first meeting of the Middle Class Task Force, with a focus on green jobs as a pathway to a strong middle class. Greg Nelson from the White House Office of Public Liaison attended the meeting and filed updates throughout the day.

Complete with links to presentation handouts (!) and a break in note from the editor: "The Task Force has just made public its first staff report, "Green Jobs: A Pathway to a Strong Middle Class," which you can read in full."

Ok....so the White House is really trying to make a go of the transparency theme, what do you think, is it working?

    • I am pleased that the White House is reaching out to the people. The appearance of openness is refreshing, but I think it is meant to take our minds off what is NOT being made public.
