there is a new "turn sound on" button in the top left-hand corner, or you can toggle the volume control on the player in the bottom right. it is a green triangle and will work best if dragged all the way down and back up again. Please hit me back if yo have any issues @ dpippin@current.com

so good! Qik community is good, but can't argue with the connectivity issues. Ustream will likely have similar issues when they launch their app. I wonder if there is anything to the rumors of bolstered 3G for iPhone 3.0 launch.

Big issue I have with Qik on the iPhone is the terrible AT&T connections... nobody wants to watch a live stream sputter and start over and over! That's not Qik's fault though. More cell towers please, ATT!
