The search engine Google is set to remove any monitoring of their 'Sponsored Links' trademarks. This doesn't sound very exciting, but we could begin to see a larger amount of non-related items on our screens, that and more rival and counterfeit items.
This has caused concern to those that are big on their brands, The most prominent of these is Louis Vuitton, who have submitted its case to the European Court of Justice, Europe's highest court.
