Gmail now translates those random Cantonese emails you get

If you get half a dozen emails from China filling up your Gmail account each and every day, I have good news for you...

Google can now translate these without you needing to copy and paste the funny little letters into a different window!

Dubbed 'Message Translation', the service isn't available by default - you have to switch it on. But really, how difficult is that? It's not like you're having to pay attention in French class for five years, now is it?

As for the quality of translation... well, it's still going to be better than what you picked up doing that GCSE (and, if like me, failing it!)
