I remember the Will Rogers movies and his close association to Aviation. His was a character that can never be equaled for surely this period of Hollywood is almost like a fantastic dream. He was a native American and the Idol of most Americans both young and old. His sense of being both humble and grateful is unequaled in American folklore. No one has ever come close to becoming his double. He has been missed ever since his tragic ending. His movie the Connecticutt Yankee in King Arthurs Court will always top the same movie made later by Bing Croosby. And the juris prudence he meted out in: "Judge Priest" would any Judge today think twice before passing any sentence after watching this. Will Rogers was a real hero and a real American Idol.
